MPHO releases her debut single 'Box N Locks' this Monday, and as loads of BuzzJackers are liking this song I thought I'd create a predict thread for it. Where do you think it'll peak?

Top 30 - probably fare better than Frankmusik's "Better Off As Two".

I'm predicting top 20. It's had very decent radio and video play, and there seems to be a bit of hype about it.

Sounds like it samples Martha & The Muffins 'Echo Beach'.

 

T10, I'd say.

Top 20 as a safe guess, could get higher if it gets airplay and be lower if it doesn't.

I say it'll reach exactly #15.

Her label's handled the release immaculately. And with the physical and download release being on the same day after weeks of decent airplay she should debut quite high. Top 15 I'd say, Top 10 would be stunning though. And she should have some quite a few remixes wondering around on iTunes by then aswell. This outpeaking the likes of "LES Artistes" and "Paper Planes" should upset quite a few people on here LOL. I think she would then be the first South African-born artist to be in the top 10 ever or the first in a long time - haven't done my research or I'm forgetting someone . :lol:

I went for 11-20. I'm not sure about Top 10 yet...

This is an amazing song and deserves to do well. It should definatly manage top 20 at least IMO.

Top 20, she needs a big week of promo to have a hope of top 10.

I'm not that into this song however I do love MPHO and her album is amazing.

This samples Martha and the Muffins - Echo beach. The original was far superior to thus, but it had poor chart success I seem to recall.
