^That would obviously be brilliant. I wonder if they're really that sucsessful yet though? From all the press rgarding the show, it seems they want Madonna, Shakira and the likes not home-grown and up-coming talent.

Anyway, im very exited about this still! I hope its too long away until something leaks though.

The Saturdays’ new single ‘Forever Is Over’ was written by former Busted star James Bourne, it has emerged.

The girl group, who are currently putting the finishing touches to their second studio album, reportedly paired up with Bourne to create a “rockier” sound distinct from their labelmates Girls Aloud.

“‘Forever Is Over’ will be the song which finally distances The Saturdays from all the Girls Aloud clones remarks,” a source told the Daily Star.

“It’s totally unlike anything they’ve ever done before. It’s a big ‘F*** you’ to a boyfriend after a break-up, and sounds like nothing Girls Aloud would ever release either.

“Everyone around the band is very excited as they’ve really started to hone their own sound. James wrote all of Busted’s number ones, and a massive bunch of McFly hits too, so he knows what he’s doing when it comes to pop and rock with a mainstream edge.”

The Saturdays reportedly threatened to go on strike recently after claiming that their management were working them too hard.

‘Forever As One’ will precede the girl band’s second album, scheduled for release in October.

TBH if this is anything to go by it will be exactly like some of the GA material which is considered rocky - Wake Me Up, No Good Advice.

This is from the Daily Star though, so dont be too suprised when it turns out to be their least rocky song to date

It says a source, which isn't usually always reliable. I it this Sunday it premières?

First time one of them has directly said the singles name:

Rochelle: "Our new single 'Forever is Over' is being played for the first time on BBC SWITCH this Sunday..hear it here first!!!Woooohhhoooo..."

Eventually :heehee:
