Stargate Universe the next installment in the Stargate series.

 

 

 

Whilst I was a big fan of Stargate SG-1 and don't mind Stargate Atlantis I'm not sure about this one. It seems a little odd, that and there is an entirely different cast. RDA is only a special guest star.

 

Guess I'll give it a chance at least. Though I'm not going to hold my breath.

 

Anyone other fans? :unsure:

I'm a big fan of Stargate SG1 :cheer: especially the earlier seasons with Jack, when Jack left to be replaced by Ben Browder, the series was not the same no more, but in the end I grew to like Ben Browder and Claudia as they both had the same chemistry on the show as they had on Farscape.

 

Atlantis, I never cared much for it to be honest after Season 2 it went downhill with the demise of the Scottish bloke (Carson) after Season 3, I switched off from watching it, great actor and the producers just killed the character off.

 

Actually Universe is shaping up to be a good series, its more of a adventure series, and its got the British actor Robert Carlyle, its meant to be character driven pace, where the producers are going to tap into their personal lives and how they all interact together throughout the series.

 

But nothing beats the original series.

 

And I also suggest to watch Samantha Tapping's new Sci-Fi Fantasy TV Show Sanctuary, the first season has had good ratings, and its been re-newed for a second season.

I didn't mind Ben Browder, season 9 was actually quite good imo. Claudia I could have done without, changed the team dynamic too much to have a fifth person.

 

SGA I watch but don't really care for. McKay is too annoying.

 

Sanctuary is a good show to. I really like Amanda and think she's very good. ^_^

Starts this week with a double episode on Tuesday on Sky 1 8pm :cheer: , I might have to watch it on Wednesday though on Sky 2

Am interested to see what it'll be like

I totally give up on this, its all based around the cast, there is any space battles or alien of the week or some entity, I had high hopes for the series, but its as boring as watching paint dry.

It is awful I agree. A huge let down in the SG franchise

I'm also a big fan of Stargate Universe Episode. I have watched its every episode.

There have been a few great episodes but most are really boring. I've saw through the whole season 1 but I won't be watching season 2, unless there is some alien action.
