Some people seem to think it is anti-climatic but really it is catchy and has really good production. It was also a good move because it seems that the song got people really pumped for the tour and looks like it did it's job because the tour sold out at 98% of the venues it went to.
August 13, 200915 yr Unusual You should have been already, and IUSA was such a dissapointment as a single, with all the edits etc. it just turned into a non-event.
August 13, 200915 yr Author Love Circus btw especially that Poker Face remix thats on the net somewhere! AMAZING. Best mash up EVER. ZECEOF2t8RA
August 13, 200915 yr Author 3.UNUSUAL YOU - 162 POINTS: [AVG: 8.52] http://www.addicted2bass.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/bittvumeterhits0009.jpg This is easily a fan favorite from the Circus era, and it is also rumoured to be the fifth and final single from the Circus album... we will see what happens. This track was produced by Bloodshy & Avant (Toxic, Piece Of Me), and can definitely amount to their amazing past work that they have done for Britney.
August 14, 200915 yr My number one ^ easily the most sophisticated thing Britney has ever recorded. Please GOD do not let Amnesia be number one ... just hideous.
August 14, 200915 yr Amnesia FTW! Although I am actually pretty pleased with the Top 5 in general I think. Just a shame 'Circus' and 'If U Seek Amy' (as good as they are) couldn't be replaced by 'Quicksand' and 'Shattered Glass' or 'Phonography'. Then I THINK it'd pretty much be my perfect Top 5 :o
August 14, 200915 yr Author WtbVcVRaatU Just like to point out that it is quite possibly the best instrumental ever.
August 14, 200915 yr Oooh..I love the top 3.. Probably not my top 3, but certainly they'd be in my top 5 Circus tracks with Mannequin ;)
August 14, 200915 yr Author OK AND THE RESULTS ARE... 2.AMNESIA - 166 POINTS: [AVG: 8.73] http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_itMDYZfl6qA/SZgtQZi0dpI/AAAAAAAABK4/lE5eHIXmP-A/s320/Britney%20Spears%20-%20Amnesia.JPG So alot of people think that this should have not only been on the album, but a single, and quite possibly the lead single. I have to say that I LOVE this song, and it should have definitely been a single. You gotta love the 80's throwback the songs offer and it almost sounds like a Cyndi Lauper-like shuffle. So AGAIN... Jive Records WTF were you thinking/smoking when you decided the bonus tracks for this album? 1.WOMANIZER - 173 POINTS: [AVG: 9.10] http://mixcd.de/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/britney-spears-womanizer.jpg Quite possibly one of Britney's best OFFICIAL single covers. This song kicked off the "COMEBACK" that brought Britney's name back into the media in a positive light. The production is nicely served up by the Atlanta based 'Outsyders' and is quite possibly the best instrumental to grace my ears. Some people complain that it is repetitive, but really that is the magic of the song. This is one of Britney's biggest hits ever, and her biggest hit ever in the States, not to mention her first number one since the iconic 'Baby One More Time'. And who could forget the amazing video and cop uniform she wears for the tour performance? HOT TO TROT. Edited August 15, 200915 yr by Tyler
August 14, 200915 yr Amazing rate! Womanizer is indeed one of Britney's best songs ever, so memorable and the song that put her back on the map! Thanks for doing this Tyler! It's been awesome to see some song-facts and info.
August 15, 200915 yr Definitely the best winner, Womanizer is my all time fave Britney song (btw. she never will leave my chart, already is 48 weeks on chart and can'T wait VMA 09 effect :kink:) anyway. Great countdown and thanks Tyler. :)
