With the assistance of producer and writer John Shanks, the band began writing and recording new material soon after the end of the highly successful Lost Highway tour. The album is aimed to be released November 10 with John Shanks confirming the first single will be released to radio August 31, and is called "We Weren't Born To Follow". The song talks of tough economic times. The album title, as confirmed by long time friend and mixer Obie O'Brien, is to be named The Circle. The single was released on radio stations in the United States from Aug 18, 2009.

 

I thought Bon Jovi are gone now. :o :o :o

Wow!! a new album! I really thought they wouldn't record a new one in a long time, but they have! I was in England for three weeks and I only listened to Phil Collins and Bon Jovi! I really hope they do a big tour.. perhaps they come to Spain :D

I'm liking this new track. Bad quality though, but really good song. :D

Sounds okay, should give them another a Top 20 hit, they still have a big enough fanbase to do it.
