She looks so cute! Loving the new fragance that she gave to her winners.

 

And in case some of you missed it she did a contest in New York where she gave hints to her location via twitter, and the first two people to find her won VIP tickets to the concert tonight! They also won her new fragrance Circus: Fantasy.
