I love Kanye and Rihanna, Jay-Z is alright but Run This Town is average, I'm pretty much bored if it already lol. :)

It's not shallow at ally "Get Sexy right now" isn't telling people to go have sex it's telling people to be free and just let it all go on the dancefloor, which is what the song is for. Plus it's a bit of fun, even the girls say not to take the song seriously, it's a fun pop/dance record. It's brilliant to freak out with in a club.
