It has occurred to me that with the announcement of Mark & Emma's nuptials that we should make up a wedding present list for them. Bear in mind that they have everything they need already ... list some things you think would make the ideal present ... giving reasons for the gift. One may want to consider that it will be a winter wedding so things like winter willy warmers may make a welcome addition to any prospective groom!

I think mark wowuld appreciate a 5 pack of hamlet cigars!

Would those hamlet cigars be a canny reference to 'Babe'. After all, both hamlets and babes could be considered 'little pigs'.

I'd go with a 'Take That And Party' Duvet Cover and Pillow Slips!

No hamlet i said as they are the world finest cigar!!CHEAP as chips!!! and if mark is a cigar smoker i doubt he would appreciate a packet of hamlet.

I wonder would they apprecaite a copy of garys 12 months 11 days album???

I'm not too sure they would if I'm honest! I think Mark would rather have an Arctic Monkeys album!

Garden Gnomes would be an interesting gift. Then, if Markie ever gets kicked out of bed in the night by Emma he can take a stroll in the garden and have some friends his own height to talk to!

I reckon something saucy from Ann Summers would be appropriate. Like those 'animal' 'G' strings!

How about a £50 argos voucher, they could buy some nick nacks for the house!

I think Mark may appreciate Wishbone Ash's 'Argus' album myself!

Biggie hasn't dropped by to offer his wedding present yet! Do you think he's been missed off the invitations?

Norma

Well, it took a long time to make it to the States but I finally received my invite today so I bet Biggie has his. Now I just have to think of a good present.

Haberdasher? Actually ... Markie would probably like something as eccentric as that!

I'd suggest a 'miniature drinks cabinet'.
