I highly, HIGHLY doubt it will be a single or that there will be another single lifted from Circus. Considering the Singles Collection (which will happen, we just don't know if it will be promoted or just be released for collectors, which means there will be limited copies) is slated for release in October/November.

 

If it is released however I highly doubt there will be a video for it unless she adds it to the tour and releases a tour video.
