Here's a look at the acts who have spent the most weeks inside the UK Singles & Albums charts.

This info is from the GBR but i have UPDATED it with 2006 chart info and i will update it EACH week an act

charts.

No surprise that Elvis is no.1 with a re-issue of something every five minutes But you gotta hand it to the man.

Madonna appears at no.5 on the list ONLY 10 weeks behind The Beatles!.

Congrats to Madonna!.

 

She only 14 weeks behind The Beatles and not far off Queen, by the time Get Together is over as a single & I'm Going To Tell You A Secret albums are over she should be no.4 not for getting the Confessions album may re-enter when the tour hits the UK & The Immaculate Collection may do the same plus the IMC is STILL in the chart too. :cheer:

She would be 10 weeks above the Beatles if the Who's that girl soundtrack had a few more Madonna songs on it.
