Seems to be as it's on the official Billboard website. I think it's what most international artists will chart in anyway, they might have other charts solely for Japanese artists.
She's performing live on X Factor France right now. She's singing "Happy" :)

Much better lighting and staging than what they did on UK X-Factor. I like her performances more when she moves a bit too. :)

She's had a bit of success in France but not much compared to other countries. It's the first series of XF there so I don't think it's that big yet.

Plus we still have "Pop Idol" on one of the biggest channels, so X Factor has a very little impact (therefore the contestants are crap lol).
I remember "Bleeding love" was #1 in France, not sure about how much the album sold though.
