The dark suit he was wearing on Friday looked very tight too. I did wonder at the time if it was bespoke too.

No-one would have been aware if Meatloaf, who hadn't noticed, hadn't opened his big mouth.

It's not just Darius. It happened recently to Johnathan Ansell at a concert.

I went to 'The Wright Stuff' and only noticed on leaving that I'd made the same mistake. I went scarlet but no one else had noticed. I was lucky that Meatloaf wasn't there.

Sod's law that it had to happen to Darius when he'd just given the performance of the night with Non Piu Andrai.

It's as if he's never allowed to have a complete victory, no matter how small. There couldn't have been any lucky stars in the sky when he was born.

I think it give LLB pain when he has to give praise to Darius - however muted.

I used to quite like Laurence in Changing Room days because he was so off the wall. At that time I think it was genuine and much to do with his creativity.

Sadly I think he's another person who's become a bit of a caricature of himself since he stopped being a specialist at what he did best.

Oh and I hate to tell LL-B - Darius is a mighty fine DJ too.

I wonder how many people no longer like him. He's trying to be a Simon Cowell but just against Darius. He seems to have liked everyone else.
Well you know what Pete Waterman said - "If you're with Darius for more than ten minutes and don't like him, there's something wrong with you."

I think LLB is probably jealous of Darius. He sees a popular, attractive, intelligent, talented young man, with his whole career before him, where he himself is getting on, has peaked in his popularity, such that it was, and is on the way down, possibly before he achieved all he wanted to do.

The article in The Sun isn't even worth a comment. Makes Heat Magazine appear intellectual! Sue

We just have one more week to thole him unless some time in the future, we have to watch/listen to him, in case we miss Darius.
That's the only reason I'd ever tune into anything LLB was in. Darius hasn't been on Alan Titmatsh's show has he? I know other contestants have. I'm beginning to think Alan also dislikes Darius.

That producer chap(I think) from GWTW said he couldn't understand why people didn't think D was the nicest man on the planet too I believe. Even though we only see snippets of D at a time, you can't fake how nice he is, not so consistently anyway. He's a great guy and I'm proud to call myself a fan :) As I have said before, I wish I was 10% as nice and talented as D is, and don't even dare post a percentage on good looks

Yes, Aldo Scrofani did say that on TV. He was an American, knew nothing of D's past history in the UK and was going on what he saw........... a talented young gentleman who got on with everyone, professionally and socially.

Some of the cast, knowing the love /mainly hate press Darius gets, were fearful before press night that he would get dire reviews just because he was Darius. Thankfully they were wrong because the London critics hadn't bothered to review Darius in Chicago and had no preconceptions before they saw him in GWTW.

I'm going to have to borrow Pat's fish to slap you with, B.P., if you keep putting yourself down like that!

It's not very clear but every memento of GWTW is worth keeping. It was such a personal triumph for Darius and that gets lost in all the rubbish which is spouted about the show.

As for a DVD, maybe they'll be kicking themselves that they didn't do one now that Darius has shown nearly 4 million people per week what he can do with just 90 seconds.

Been singing in the cab on the way to rehearsals... the cabbie kept giving me some funny looks :) xx

That's one for the pub "I had that Darius Campbel in the back of the cab singing opera!"
