Has anyone thought that a Xmas wedding might be planned (the family all gather together at Xmas) and that

the announcement may be that he is now married !!!!!!!!!!

Could it be because he has exhausted his old material and he has not released new songs?

Plus he has been busy in other areas of entertainment. Maybe he wanted to stretch his wings.

20% of all her earnings. Do all management companies take this much?

All management companies usually charge 20 - 40% for their services. Which is not too bad if they do anything.

Well, I know showbiz people earn thousands, but taking a base figure of £100.......

 

100 less 40% management fees .......£60

 

60 less 40% income tax....................£36 (and in April the top tax band will be 51.5%)

 

So in every £100 only £36 is earned.

 

And this is not allowing for all expenses incurred. I presume these will come out of the earner's pocket.

 

So for every thousand earned, less than £360 goes to the person.

 

I shall never be so impressed again at performers' salaries as published in the papers !!!!!!!!!

Hmmm....well I don't want to see the Sugarbabes

it would be good if they did use their other signings to prmote Darius - like ohter labels seem to. I dont know if I want to see the suababes..whoever they arethey change lineup so often.

We could do a mass walk-out when D finished, before the Sugababes began !

I can't recognise any of the other signings at Crown, but that means little as my pop singers' knowledge

is very limited.

I've always liked The Sugarbabes. Just not been keen on what I heard about their management. Still, can't be worse than the management he's had for the last 4 years can it?
