That's lovely Paul. Nina and I have applied f0r 3 tickets with this lot and Pam's going to apply for 3 tickets for the Feb ones. I'm a pessimist, I'd like tickets for when I know he's still in. I have a feeling that the 2 from current groups and Kym Marsh will get most votes with no regard for who sings well.

 

With unknowns performance can make a difference (not in ex-factor) but with it's fan bases with people like this and Darius just hasn't been around enough to have maintained a large enough base. Well, the positivity didn't last long but I am really looking forward to hearing him sing again.

....just hope he stays in for a few weeks so people can see what he can do.

If we are, we'll be delighted. He certainly has the talent. Reading all the pre reviews, I'm aware of just how many people have never heard him just stand and sing - without a microphone.
Certainly brings to light how much D has matured since then.

Why does confusion always surround anything Darius does?

 

When I read that the official site was coming soon , I couldn't help thinking about the sounds which were coming soon, according to the GWTW website.

Darius just posted on his facebook that he is getting a new page, so not to join this one. he will post the link shortly!

 

 

Typical!!!.... There I go doing everything wrong again!!lol! I joined last night so that I can give him my support.... I'm just finding my way around - it's very interesting :D

Thanks, Bramley. I'm glad that at least one person was not misled by all the media trash surrounding Darius at that time, and saw that all he ever wanted to do was sing (and write) music . He was not "desperate for fame "as the legend went then and which was repeated so often the public were brainwashed into believing it was fact and similarly "Darius can't sing".

I think that's because we've never established Darius' meaning of the word soon.

There's a clip from T4 on youtube - Katherine Jenkins talks about Pop Star to Opera star. It includes a tiny look at the (winner) Danny Jones singing La Donna e Mobile.

 

I thought I'd copied it but it seems to have disappeared and i absolutely must go out now. Just search for T4 Katherine Jenkins

 

If all the guys are singing that, Darius should nail it easily, provided he can get his tongue round all the words. It's fairly short and the chorus is repeated. I think his rolling Scottish "r" could be a bit of an advantage in Italian. It's also a song he could really inject personality into, if he's allowed.
