January 3, 201015 yr Well done to will on getting a new peak this week, album has done so much better than many expected, Thank you Feel_The_Fever. Will has worked really hard promoting this album & so deserves his success.
January 3, 201015 yr :yahoo:  How good is that!!!! Well done William  I reckon all those fabulous live acoustic songs really helped people to see how good his back catalogue is. That stripped back version of Evergreen on Paul O'Grady's last week on Channel 4 was inspired. Edited January 3, 201015 yr by munchkin

January 4, 201015 yr I'm wondering if his label only released a certain amount for sale. Maybe they're happy to sell 500/600k quickly, if possible, and don't intend to supply more than the original run. It looks like the Hits success has put the release of the next album back a few months anyway and continually restocking outlets now, could put it back further than they want to.

Maybe they're happy to sell 500/600k quickly, if possible, and don't intend to supply more than the original run. It looks like the Hits success has put the release of the next album back a few months anyway and continually restocking outlets now, could put it back further than they want to. I wondered that too. Maybe they only pressed so many & aren't willing to press more to sell at a reduced price. Guess we'll have to wait & see. From what I've read there seems to have been more shortages in the north but maybe they didn't order as many. Edited January 4, 201015 yr by truly talented
January 4, 201015 yr Makes you wonder where on earth he got his sales from last week. I think his download sales have been very good - I've been watching ITunes and he has only just dropped down to the 40s. He has been bouncing around the top 20 mark for weeks now. I know the downloads don't count for as much as physicals in his case but he hasn't really featured in their album chart for any of his albums. Edited January 4, 201015 yr by munchkin
