Looking at the new entries on these charts makes me think they are based on weekly sales not cumulative because some of the albums have entered high in the chart yet they have only been available to order for a short time and they have been nowhere near the top of the pre-order charts on the retail websites ..which they would need to be to leap frog over albums that have been available to pre-order for months.

 

Will is so high because he has to versions available and these are added together.

Will Young first came to fame after winning the original series of Pop Idol back in 2002. Since then he’s gone on to claim the title of fastest selling debut in UK chart history with his first single Evergreen.
