Posted September 6, 200915 yr http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm76/blissfulignorance_2008/bullboard.jpg Hi everyone, here's the brand new Sunday Bullboard chart! As ever, the chart is based on official sales and radio airplay data. If you want to know more about this chart, go here. Gold and Platinum awards are now awarded when songs reach 20 and 30 weeks on the chart respectively. Dropping out this week: Peter ANDRE Behind Closed Doors (Peak: 21, Wks: 3) ATHLETE Superhuman Touch (Peak: 32, Wks: 3) BLOC PARTY One More Chance (Peak: 17, Wks: 3) Alexandra BURKE Bad Boys (Peak: 45, Wks: 1) CHICANE Poppiholla (Peak: 12, Wks: 7) DIZZEE RASCAL & Armand Van HELDEN Bonkers (Peak: 5, Wks: 19) So we've lost a number of songs that have suffered from lack of airplay like Peter Andre's top 5 sales comeback, plus Dizzee's sales number one, and Chicane's top tenner, plus Bloc Party, but also one that really gained from it, Athlete, that completely flopped on sales, and also Alexandra Burke's new single, but she's sure to be back soon. This of course means that we've got an awesome six chart entries this week - and all of them are brand new :w00t: It's all go in the all new Bullboard Chart! Want to see who's where this week? Speaking of, this week's sales number one from Jay-Z just scrapes the top 10 here, due to mediocre airplay, but is the highest new entry nevertheless, infact one of the highest Bullboard new entries ever. GuettAkon and Little Boots get new peaks, and X-Factor and festival impact takes Kings Of Leon's Sex On Fire into the top 15 as the highest climber, though Use Somebody is just outside the top 50.  So who will be number one next week? I don't see BEPs getting a sixth week considering that the main contenders for next week's number one are all charting on airplay already (well, Muse excepted). So who will it be? Mika? Pixie? Mini Viva? Only time will tell! Hope you enjoyed the chart. PLEASE leave any comments or feedback. I'll be producing the chart of the year so far soon, and a number ones history will be available ASAP, but I seem to have lost some older charts :( Thanks! :D
