And yes, that George track is so special, such a beautiful and emotional moment with the Beatles connection. "One Day In Your Life" definitely deserved its success too — such a timeless ballad. I’m with you on Elton as well — "Nobody Wins" had all the ingredients to be a bigger hit. As for Pure Prairie League and Jesse Winchester, they did not have as much successes but were hits in 1981, that could be considered underappreciated! Always love reading your insights. 🙌
