Channel 4 are running a programme on Saturday called 50 films to see before you die in celebration of film4 going to freeview.

 

so what would a list like this look like if we compiled it? nominate 5 movie each which you think are films every body must see before you die!!!

cassablanca............ corny, cheesy maybe, but i love the twisting plots and sub plots..

 

angels with dirty faces..... did he?....

 

whistle down the wind...... absurd storyline, but somehow entertaining ...

 

went the day well...... lol, perhaps the best of the war propaganda films.

You don't have the complete list of the film four fifty do you? Truth is I know it was compiled based on what's coming up on film four over the next few weeks as a massive combined advert, but either way would be nice to see the full list. I only saw from about 17 onwards.

if you go to channel 4 site they normally have a list of all the shows on their 100 greatest and 50 best of lists. would say its on there
