This month is breast cancer awareness month. Thank god our girl survived but still many people aren't as lucky. So get online and support the battle.

Two Decades of Success...

 

For more than 20 years, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM) has educated women about early breast cancer detection, diagnosis and treatment. NBCAM continues reaching out to women with several key messages, most notably, the importance of early detection through annual mammography screening for women over 40, or earlier for women at increased risk.

 

Mammography screenings are a woman's best chance for detecting breast cancer early. When coupled with new treatment options, mammography screenings can significantly improve a woman's chances of survival. We are pleased that our efforts have contributed to more women than ever participating in mammography screening. Independent reports indicate that this has been instrumental in the increase in the survival rate for women with breast cancer

Yes we have that Pink magazine here in Australia, I have been meaning to go down to the newsagent and buy it. Thanks for reminding me! *makes a note to do it tomorrow*

I have three of those rubber bands which i have had a while and a metal ribbon pin and a card which is in a holder which goes around your neck both from asda. There's also cute bears with pink tops on and small cakes and tops which you can get from marks & spencers. There's tops in asda too i'm going to get one definatly.

 

I will get anythimg so it make a diffrence :cheer:

In each country the money goes to the national fund.

Everytime there is a Breast Cancer Awareness month you hear NOTHING from anastacia at all, she dosnt really get involved much and she does have her own breast cancer fund so I think she should get more stuck in really

How do you know she's not involved ? Not everything's been published she does for the fund. She does her fair share I'm sure.

I agreem probably takes quite a bit of running I should think. I have 2 Survivor chick tops, 1 black & 1white, waiting for cold weather to come so I can wear them again (not too long to wait now i'm sure :rolleyes: )
