Final BuzzJack chart...

No fancy stuff, well not much anyway but here are the final placings for the BuzzJack Eurovision Multichart 2006.

 

1. Sweden 249

CR: 3-1-1-1-2-1

Spending four of the six weeks atop the chart comes BuzzJack's favourite, Carola. She has to sing at the semis on May 18th but is 99% sure to get through! Well done to the "Invincible" Carola!

 

2. United Kingdom 185

Suprise suprise looks who's finished second! We've finished in this position 15 times in the real ESC, let's hope we can do one better on May 20th! Daz finished on top for one of the weeks, but never left the top four.

 

3. Belgium 182

After a solid start on week one, Kate Ryan didn't do quite as well in the following weeks. She never left the top five though and got a very high overall score, only three behind the United Kingdom. Kate's another one who has to get through the qualifying stages, she should manage it easily as this is a great tune.

 

4. Germany 153

I personally don't find this song that good, but it is quite catchy. Although Texas Lightning only peaked at #3, they never went below #6 which has put them at this high position with a very respectable score overall.

 

5. Croatia 122

A song that didn't leave the top ten for the six weeks is "Moja Stikla" by Severina. A very good song which is worthy of this high position and score. She peaked at #4 in week one and came close to equalling that this week.
