Over the last nine months, Jim and Gareth from Ricky have embarked on an epic journey around England, sleeping on floors, in their cars, or wherever they could; their purpose- to record the vocals of thousands of 11-16 year olds from all races, backgrounds and religions to be featured on their 2006 World Cup anthem. The chant, recorded by children from over two hundred secondary schools, has been re-popularised in recent times by Soccer AM after years as a playground favourite.

 

'We Are England' is released in time for the World Cup, with all profits being donated to the NSPCC.
