Exactly, we only have to watch what we want after all, but I am sure there will be quite a few people interested what Gareth has been up to this last 2 1/2 yrs. :D I hope that Gareth will be successful enough to carry on doing what he loves, I do not expect the success as in the first year either. I cant wait to hear his new music. :dance:

I would love a documentary about how Gareth worked hard to overcome his stammer, why not? And why should it not be used as promotion either? The same as Will used the film to promote his album, it was not all about the music either at his promotion. Everyone uses what fits, be silly not too.

You are so right Prettyinpink, and from what we heard of people who been to the McGuire course Gareth instructed, they say he is very happy and his speech is really strong and he is an inspiration to other stammerers. Makes me proud. He is living in the real world with real values, as is Darius. That is more important then chart success. :D

Belated congratulation Darius. :D I am pleased that he is happy with his girlfriend, as is Gareth. Its good for them to have someone in their lives who is there for them when the stress gets heavy.

Thanks for explaining, I remember now that Bonny is also in Chicago. I have to say I dont know the story line at all.

Can I ask about Chicago, is Brenda in the same show as Darius? Or if they tour are there different people performing? I think its great that Darius was asked again to play the part.

I just hope now that Gareth has finished the McGuire course (his first solo one as Instructor), that we will hear official news soon. If Joe Mott is right of course, then it wont be until maybe Jan next year now. But I am still hoping we hear and see him sooner.

Yes that we do know, he was writing with Ricky Ross (former Deacon Blue), who also written some tracks for or with James Blunt. :D Edits to say that we found some songs online where Gareth is co-writer (sometimes first, sometimes second) with Ricky Ross. When I say found the songs, not the actual songs, but under Writers/Singers the titles of some songs.

Baytree in South Africa they dont actually release physical singles, just for radio to promote the album, and I believe All cried out made top 5. I also would have loved to see that as a single. Regarding why we are still fans? What a silly question, we love Gareth voice, his personality and everything about him. And we will wait however long it takes. And he is brilliant with his fans, and gives plenty of his time. He is a person who can always being approached and he will always be nice to you, unlike some other pop stars. Also when we had the chance to meet him at the football (where he scored a goal :dance: ), he had time for all the 80 plus fans who come to the dinner (short 4 days notice), and missed the second half, because he would not leave before he seen everyone. :D

Thank you all for the lovley welcome, and regarding certain people, it sticks in their throat that with all the success their idol has, he just did not manage it to be successful abroad. And therefore they belittle the success of Gareth and Darius from overseas. The way they go on, they must be quite insecure though, lol
