nah i always thought Tom looked better without a beard.

Well Kirk has grown it back now, which is good. it looked horrible in 1997. Tom from Slayer also needs a shave, a beard doen't suit him, he looks like a tramp.

well they looked alot better with long hair, Hetfeild should drop the beard he has atm, it makes him look old as it is grey :(

The Darkness, Lost Prophets now this? EMO SUCKS DICK! songs like SOAD's "Roulette", Stone Sour's "Bother", Metallica's "Fade To Black" etc etc are alot more emotional than this bucket of cat $h!t. load of girls screaming down a mike that nobody cares for them, well i dopn't give a ****. :) what a great place to vent some anger ^_^

may i just say Driller Killer is $h!t! and is about as controversial as a sun flower seed.

as well as the ones you've mentioned "16 again" "oh $h!t!" "What Do I Get?" and "Everybodies Happy Nowadays" are some of their best :D great band ^_^

hmmmm Ian has said Lost Prophets are half Megadeth and half Duran Duran, i say it's a bad combination, i've never really liked Lost Prophets they always seemed to me as trying to fit and be American. Scott on whether this thread belongs in this forum, i'll have to give it thought. We're not just catering for just Metal/Punk acts but everything inbetween and things that are heavier/faster than indie or alternative. I personally think this is just border line and just gets in here. I will think it over though.

Yeah i give you the badly produced but finding their feet in 2 albums? Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax did it in 1 album (or less). Kerry said that if they took all the reverb and $h!t out of Tom's vocals on Hell Awaits then it could of been a good album as well, which i agree with, Tom's voice sounds terrible. The only special edition of RiB i know of is the one with Agressive Perfector (whic they wrote to porve they were faster and heavier than Metallica :lol: ) and Criminally Insane remix which i don't mind as Agressive Perector is possibly my faveourite Slayer song.

Absolutley, but then again i actually think the worst albums were done with Dave aswell, i just can't get into "Show No Mercy" or "Hell Awaits" like i could with Reign in Blood or Seasons in the Abyss.
