Little Mix: The Search • Episode 01
Bit of a change of mind - I dont like the ‘you wouldnt fit the type of band we’re looking for’ critique as its wasting their time as well as the auditionees. I’d imagine by their video auditions you’d tell what type of voice etc they have. Also the first two boys didnt really scream R&B edge to me, idk. EDIT - this actor guy is also flat as fk, but it seems like they’re looking for guys they fancy or are giving them vibes, instead of their voices

JoJo - Good To Know
In an alternate reaoity What U Need was the lead single and she called the album Goddess Complex 💕

JoJo - Good To Know
The album wasn’t the 1 for me tbh, I’m all for R&B but alot of it just felt very self indulgent and I can’t say that a Demi feature fills mr with hope. However, Damage is Done & What U Need are amazing!

Where does Taylor go from here?
I know the album is less than a day old but the one thing that’s excited me most now is seeing just where Taylor is going to go next. I don’t think anyone expected this level of excellence at this point and with it being quite the departure for her I’m interested to know where others think she’ll go - I just can’t see her going back to her Lover/Rep/1989 soundscape after this!

Favourite Lyrics from Folklore?
‘Tried to change the ending / Peter losing Wendy’ So Taylor, but so good.

folklore • 8th album
What I love most is that its still very much a Taylor Swift album - she still has that charm but its just... developed

This is honestly unreal, what a bloody album.

Zara Larsson - Love Me Land
The video is unreal though and shows you don’t need a huge production to make a statement - this is all so good

Zara Larsson - Love Me Land
I love this, her best in a while for me!! Kinda wish it was longer though!

Waterloo Road
The only issue I had was that it really felt like a completely different show, and there was so much change in such a short space of time - in a season you lose all remaining original characters which I found quite difficult to engage with afterwards. Characters like Audrey and Maggie really saved the last few seasons for me though. I've just watched the last ever episode and I'm so disappointed, there was literally no pay off for long serving viewers and everything surrounding the merger, Lorna, Sonia etc just felt so... flat? I would've loved a cameo or two from some old school members of the cast who could pitch in with the merger (Kim, Andrew, Steph, Rachel) or a reformed pupil who could have pitched in too, rather than the insufferable Kenzie who had been there for half an hour - logistically I'd imagine a few would've turned it down at this point, but I think it definitely went out with a whimper. I did however, love the development in George over the last few episodes - his relationship with Bonnie, and how it influenced him (saving the school in the process) was great to watch!
