  1. I just find it odd that you don’t see the point in an industry fundraiser with the sole purpose of raising money towards research/equipment to save lives, particularly when it’s so close to their heart. None of the girls ‘tipped’ this as a Girls Aloud reunion which is something that has to be made clear - we don’t even know if the thing is going to be televised or how it’s going to appear. The quote from Nadine literally said they are holding a charity night and that isn’t worded in an ambiguous ‘are they reuniting way’ at all. I also don’t see how it would be shameless that they now value each other and perhaps what they had together more than ever, because one of them has passed away. We don’t know if they ever will reunite but making assumptions about them Is just so odd in this circumstance.
  2. Absolutely, it all seems so inappropriate.

First person that sprung to mind was Taylor Swift.
  4. I think they’ve made it clear they aren’t ready to perform without her as a group yet sadly.
  5. To be fair Nadine is saying they are planning a night, which sounds more like a charity night than an actual reunion. It’s the paper who seeks to have misconstrued this.
  6. It kind of looks like they don’t really know where they’re meant to be or what they’re doing on stage which means the (lacklustre) choreo looks a bit messy aswell at times. I’m not sure what it is but they are great so I’ve no doubt they’ll improve even though I do think Jesy’s absence will definitely be felt. I know the fan base seemed to have retconned her contributions to being the worst of everything in the group, but she was electric during the last tour.
  7. They all sound so bad on this.

Absolutely, the selection process has a lot to answer for as I know the show has left Shabaz psychologically damaged.

That’s weird as I watched it this morning on All4 too! After watching it though, it’s baffling that she was ever even allowed on to Big Brother in the first place. Someone clearly so vulnerable and institutionalised for so long should never have passed any so called psychology tests. Not saying that this has any effect on her illness as she did obviously have so much love the show.

I thought it was quite a good performance though.

You can definitely make an educated guess based on their socials. For example with Harpeet being in the food industry I actually think it’s unlikely that she will win now as the last winner did the same.

I don’t think Kathryn has been very strong except the week where they created the game. Every other week she seems to fluff sales or sit back and not really offer much. In saying that, Akshay, Akeem and Aaron are pretty much the same too. I really like Stephanie and prior to this week I thought she was a potential winner but I agree it’s Harpreers to lose but could also see Brittany in with a shot too.

This album is such a rush. Literally everything I want from Avril in 2022.
  14. I really like it too! The lyrics are no worse than most of the big pop girls ballad efforts either!

I love this, she genuinely can’t do any wrong for me this era.
  16. I don’t see her changing, I think this is genuinely the aesthetic she wants to have and she probably does feel her best but it’s just a shame it’s so problematic.
  17. She sounds terrible in that performance. I know she’s been i’ll and stuff which is a shame because she she doesn’t seem upto performing those big songs effectively anymore
  18. These Four Walls Towers Told You So Nobody Like You (this is so underrated) SLS part 2
  19. I think people genuinely found the Dua dance funny whereas this is more a case of using it to mock Jesy, than any real humour? She needs to disappear for a bit for sure.
  20. This is how I kind of feel on the matter now. I initially had so much sympathy for her, even after the Instagram live too, but the JBB scenario showed her to really be either incredibly stupid or just not giving a f***. Either way she should know better or learn. I don’t condone the public bullying her for her looks etc and I do think it’s weird that on places like Popjustice people are actively looking to tear her down and slate her.
  21. I don’t think she even has one at this point really, so is probably throwing something out and hoping it catches on.
  22. No, the conversation doesn’t end because you’ve said your bit, Slayer. I don’t think it’s not okay for you to have an opinion and I’ve not nor would I say it isn’t valid. I’ve only asked you a couple of questions regarding it because the POC in my life are greatly offended by what she had on at the ball on top of everything else. I can’t speak for other members but I agree there’s a more constructive way to discuss this than shutting down each other’s opinions, or being rude about it too for that matter.
  23. Why are you being so defensive/borderline rude? I’m not being so with you.. Your initial post said it was a choice but you then launched into a paragraph about how people shouldn’t be criticising Jesy because you wouldn’t do it to an artist you liked which is why I asked what I did. this isn’t a Jesy Nelson fan forum and whilst I agree there have been times that people have piled on her needlessly and cruelly. if she keeps making the choices she does then people are going to discuss it. Maybe you should make an appreciation thread or something..
  24. My post is referring to you dismiss her wrong doing as not being bright enough or not intentionally doing it to seek hate, and going on to blame her team who should know better. You didn’t state she should’ve known better prior to know so maybe you should re-read your own posts before advising me to do the same!
  25. Surely you can see why this has rubbed people up the wrong way though! There are more ways to support black owned businesses than this.
