We really can’t keep blaming everyone around Jesy - it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that wearing a jacket with the word Black showing will garner negative attention or hate. I’ve gone from thinking she dresses how she does just because of her insecurities to genuinely believing that she is purposefully being antagonistic and it needs to stop.

I honestly wish you would just not reply/refer to my posts if you need to do so dismissively, it’s something I’ve ignored for a while but there is genuinely no need for the way you act. Anyway, Joel, I love Sweet Melody and parts of Confetti etc but I don’t think it’s an unfair point to make that the girls talent succeed the body of works they have made so far, and I’m sure others have made the point in the past.

The performance wasn’t great to me, the verses were flat and not pleasant to listen to but the latter half was alot better. Jade made me a bit emotional whenever I looked at her to be honest because as someone else said she just embodies Little Mix jn everything she does. I do think the break is a good thing, the group are beyond talented but they’ve never really made a fantastic record in my opinion and so maybe going off doing other stuff will give them stuff to write about when/if they come back!

I’m so happy that Krystal won, she was the only worthy winner imo despite the attempted narrative to show her as incompetent at any challenge bar fashion. Kitty’s verse showed exactly why she couldn’t win, everything is based off her impressions of other people and she really has no personality of her own.

The fact that people openly admit to ‘loving a Jesy pile on’ is (whilst not surprising tbh) uncomfortable to say the least.

No, I completely agree with you. I was replying to Slayer who said that Christina should be called out because she apparently didnt speak out, so by that logic there are a lot of people who should be called out.

Britney and Christina haven’t been friends since they were a child, they were friends when they were children at some point. There’s a difference for sure. I hope she’s getting ready to rattle through the list of people who were actually silent on her situation, when Christina was speaking out.

A lot of ‘probably’ and ‘i bet’ etc which just shows that everything is really based on speculation, and more about justifying why they have done the bare minimum, and that’s fine but the quality of the entire era has suffered, from the videos to the promo opportunities etc and now the chart positions. This isn’t about them being pregnant btw I think the work they have put in during pregnancy is admirable, but like I said originally I feel like the era should have been postponed. You say you think that’s solely down to their label and if that’s the case then it doesn’t really change anything because the point still stands.

I think the point people are making (at leastI am), is that the era would have been more of a celebration, more worthwhile and all round better had they waited. You might not think the girls care about singles flopping* etc but surely that affects the potential for radio and streaming to get on board with any other singles? If they didn’t want other commitments then they should’ve just held off releasing new material until they wanted to. It’s understandable that they wanted a break after so long though. * I know there’s a chance that No will recover in the New Year I just mean if 35 is it’s peak, like LSL.

Then she should be disappointed in a plethora of other artists who only spoke up once Britney was freed or on that path. Hollow or not, Christina spoke up to her following when not many of her peers were doing so. Edit: I also don’t think there’s any need for the bitchy ‘Xtinct’ nickname. It pushes a Britney v Christina narrative that should really be long done and dusted by now. Plus it’s not really funny either.

I feel like the Between Us campaign should’ve been postponed and released at a time when all three girls could commit to promo opportunities and when the public were able to miss them a bit too. I get it was their anniversary but it just wasn’t the right time.

But I do think there is a difference between wanting to reconcile with the girls and rejoining Little Mix which the post I was replying to insinuated that she would be regretting leaving the band. I think she will probably miss the girls and vice versa at some point but she’s made it clear that she was beyond unhappy in the group.

Wouldn’t you? She’s made it pretty clear she hated her time in the band towards the end, so I think people WANT her to be regretting her decision more than she probably ever will.
