But I’m sorry if they can edit Jinkx positively and crown her when she stopped in the middle of the lipsync to watch Monet tear it up, they can still crown Onya. Unless Onya like… tripped over and stayed on the floor lmfao. Feasibly I think there is no way they can crown Jewels, it would be an utter joke. No shade to her, love her, but she is so All Stars coded, very almost there. Super charismatic, great performer, but nothing new or groundbreaking and she has room to grow. I could see Jewels in Drag Race Live or Werq The World, and I could see her winning All Stars after that experience and growing with it, but Onya is at the top of her game, I couldn’t see room for Onya to come back if she didn’t win because how could she improve upon this run? Onya has been LEAGUES ahead this entire competition, maybe I’m biased but it’s not even a stretch to say she could have won 6 or 7 challenges. Jewels I’d only give the Vegas Live thing. And I’m not a track record gay, I think the lipsync or challenge on the week should matter, but when it’s one of the strongest competitors of all time vs someone who would be probably the worst main series winner in terms of their run on the show, I just can’t fathom it It would have be a lipsync that outstrips Sasha Velour’s rose petals for me. And even then they’d kind of have to do a double crowning because the top 2 are just so unbalanced imo.

Fontana apparently only wins episode 1, Kate has 2 wins including the last challenge, so that means Gawdland and Mariah also have 2. I’d assume: Talent show - Fontana wins against Zahirah Ball - Mariah Acting/advert - Gawdland Snatch Game - Kate Rusical/girl groups - Gawdland Makeover - Mariah Roast - Kate Gawdland could kind of win any of them she’s very well rounded, I just assume Mariah would win look challenges over the others. I’d kind of love Mariah to redeem Snatch Game or branding or Gawdland to finally be an ESL queen winning Snatch Game finally! It’s a bit meh that only the finalists get wins, but that’s going to be the case with this one win thing. With the tea that Naomy is high for Snatch Game, imagine a random German early out winning Snatch Game with the top 2 format!!

Couple of additional bits: One of the two times Daya and Ginger lipsync is to What Is This Feeling? by Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, this apparently happens pre-merge and could have the two as guest judges or a guest appearance by video or something, it will be similar to Katy Perry in the premiere of S17 as it was filmed before the movie came out (except people went this unlike Katy). Not sure what challenge it is, Ginger wins all 3 and Daya wins 2 with her Mistress’ talent show is a “Ruzempic” skit, Ginger does a Broadway style number and Aja dances with a machete Episode 1-3 descriptions for group 1 reveal a little more. Episode 1 is a 80s heavy metal girl groups/Rumix type challenge, episode 2 is a whodunnit murder mystery improv, and episode 3 is a college basketball players makeover.

Yeah I am really not surprised lmfao, as much as the “social experiment” aspect of his views being challenged and him interacting was someone is Big Brother at its most raw in a way, he said some absolutely vile things and there always seemed to be something he had said or done to rile someone, it felt like a matter of time before he crossed the line. Personally I think insinuating he would rape Jojo and tie her up was far enough… Part of me wonders how on earth, his behaviour aside, he even passed the psych test etc and got on the show in the first place!! I would assume he definitely doesn’t get his full fee, particularly for being ejected. Obviously it’s a different show, but I know Gemma Collins got a small percentage of her fee because she left I’m A Celeb after something like 3 days, I think it was £75k down to like £5k. With an ejection I expect it would be the same, technically he’d “worked” for the days he was there, so I assume legally speaking it would be like working a few shifts of a job and getting fired, you’d get something but not a full pay packet

They’re never 100%, but usually it’s details like who wins a challenge or mid-season eliminations but usually the tea is just unclear on those. For example this season it was just kind of vaguely stated that Kori/Lydia/Arrietty/Lana were 6th-9th but not the exact order. Sometimes tea will be a couple of places out for mid outs. Finalists are usually the most concerte and early tea we get when a season has filmed and I can’t recall when that’s ever been wrong. Because it’s only just filmed it could be, but reliable spillers have said it so I would believe it tbh. Similarly with AS9 the first clear tea we had pretty much was the top 3 and it ended up being correct (well it actually had a top 4 with Nina, but that was her cast voted double diamond thing being conflated I assume). The closest in recent years to it being wrong is Lala Ri was meant to be top 3 for ages on AS8, I think it was during the season airing it got spilled that she wasn’t, but obviously that was a top 2 season so I guess that doesn’t count. Season 13 Elliott also lasted an episode longer than thought I remember and everyone was kind of shook. I feel like with All Stars the tea is more concrete/detailed usually and it’s the regular seasons that can be a bit more murky.

I think they should have just committed to making the season longer and having a proper finale, a couple more merge episodes so we get down to maybe a top 4. As I’ve said we’ve not seen it, but it feels like a waste for some of these girls, a lot of whom have huge All Stars potential. The groups stage started off well, it’s an interesting twist and kind of ends up like a qualifier for the “real” season. This could have been 6 episodes with the top 9, leading to a normal finale and maybe a huge Lala with all the eliminated queens as a way for one of them to come back rather than an arbitrary choice. It’s nice they are doing something different for the tenth season, but AS9 was also already different. And it feels like they started off strong, ran out of steam and just speedran to the end. I can see this being a bit like AS9 where it starts off fresh and strong ish but runs out of steam.

To be fair to Ginger, she is bloody good at Drag Race, I did think that she would easily make the final. I also don’t know that she is really a big enough draw or name that they would “fix” it for her, but it kind of makes me think with this “tournament” format they could/should have maybe done a season with All Stars returnees, like a “last chance” type thing. This is on paper a really good cast who feel kind of wasted on this format, the likes of Mistress, Lydia and Bosco deserve a “proper” series. But also if anyone who’s coming back from a previous All Stars deserved a redemption and a win, Aja is right there!! Of course we don’t know what went down and how it all happened so we’ll see. I knew as soon as it was a Lala finale Ginger could easily win since she is one of the best lipsyncers the show has lowkey and doesn’t necessarily get the credit for it, she’s one of those who could pretty much do any song and that’s rare with Drag Race.

Patsy is hysterical, she’s so so camp, the right level of dramatic.

Mistress is the talent show elimination. Confident is such a random top 2 lipsync, I think knowing this is so messy I’m going to lowkey not take the whole season seriously at all but then I won’t be invested and can see it feeling like a drag.

Top of the season is…. Ginger and Jorgeous 💀 I’ll wait and see the season but this feels like they’ve wasted a bunch of amazing queens on a season where they just wanted to crown one of these two on their third/fourth time. I do love both of these two but eh

He’s definitely going, it lowkey should be Jack though. Seems like an alright guy but he has brought nothing. It would be kind of camp for one of soap’s biggest and highest paid stars to be first out as well. For him to get that many nominations, idk, it feels like ITV are maybe showing less of him so he comes across better, it may also just be that it’s early and people don’t have much to go on, which given some of the reasons we saw for nominations is probably more likely. For me Mickey being there is somewhat uncomfortable but it’s classic Big Brother, you’ve got to have horrible people with the wrong views there as much as you need the likes of Jojo and Danny. I definitely don’t want him to stay as such but if it’s a choice between what a social experiment should be and “oh but he’s David Platt :)” I’ll take another round of Mickey. I think if the house didn’t challenge Mickey I’d feel differently, but even if he was to stay and carry on the way he is, which of course is vile, he’d either be ejected or the house will shut him down anyway. Michael has been fine if a bit self centred, and of course is still a Tory. I’m not particularly fussed if any of the 3 go to be honest.

Cynthia is indeed eliminated at Snatch Game, and the wildcard is Kerri so that’s an actual finalist winning lol. Not sure for certain how the wildcard comes back but I think it’s the judges who choose if earlier tea is correct, I expected them to either choose someone like Denali who might pose a threat in the Lala finale and make a mark or one of the eliminated merge queens. Bosco also wins the talent show challenge but no word yet on who is eliminated there. Based on prior talent shows I’d think Ginger, Irene and Lydia would be in the mix but you never know with a talent show as they obviously could feasibly do a totally different act and smash it. Someone has spilled Aja does not make top 2 through the Lala, but not who is the top 2. Additionally it is apparently lipsync for your life for the merge, not the points system, it’s almost like the groups stage is a qualifier for the shortest All Stars ever I like that they’re doing something different but I don’t see a way in which it doesn’t come off as messy, but obviously we’ve seen none of the season so we’ll see.

The final has also filmed apparently, its 8 girls so there is an elim for Snatch Game and talent show, then the final is a Lalaparuza of 8, including the eildcard. This format is crazy like… imagine the 8th girl from pre merge just comes back and wins lmfaoooo

I like all 4 but can’t see how anyone can have seen this series and not think Onya is the only option, she has eaten this series up every single episode

Patsy Palmer is so camp but I do feel like she might be a bit of a token boring soap star. I think she could go either way but she definitely has it in her to have some camp moments. Jojo Siwa I feel is going to be kind of a camp annoying villain, not like nasty but annoying/means well but the house are fed up of her and she makes the final bc the fans will come her entertaining. Her, Danny and Trisha are my faves from the launch, Danny has been one of my top picks to do the show so I hope he’s as iconic as I think.

Seems to only be 2, challenges are Snatch Game and talent show. Earlier tea said the finale was a Lalaparuza type thing so I presume we could have more finalists than usual but perhaps it will be double elims for these two episodes or something, we do also have earlier tea that said a wildcard will come back after the merge and it could be from the merge stage or the groups stage and supposedly the judges just arbitrarily decide. Imagine someone skipping the merge and winning, camp I agree I kind of like the format, after AS9’s non elim dragged and AS8 wasn’t the best, something a bit more chaotic is exactly what it needs. It is a bit weird that the queens will only do 5 challenges really but sticking to the staple challenges and switching up the cast every few episodes I think will combat filler episodes or it feeling like it’s dragging.

Nearly every comment I’m seeing online is saying Jewels totally ate Onya up and I don’t agree, I think it was absolutely worth a double shantay especially with the tone of the episode. I will just always always prefer a lipsync with soul and feeling like Onya’s, she gave it her all in her own unique way with electricity and charm and you feel in every word and movement how much she loves what she does, whilst Jewels gave a flawless all dancing performance and didn’t miss a trick, she is such a dynamic performer. They gave opposite performances but both at the top of their game in their “genre” of lipsync. Really they could have done a top 2 lipsync between Sam and Suzie (or Lexi, the comments on her makeover were BS) but those two to 1 Thing would have been so cursed
