"Full confidence"-That is always code for he will be gone come next week. More allegations and leaks about him today. He really has had it and jobs for the boys will be his downfall. Defence Secretary Liam Fox was today facing new allegations of cronyism as it emerged he created a job in his office for a second ally - against the advice of senior military figures. Dr Fox appointed Lieutenant Colonel Graham Livesey as a military assistant, despite opposition from Sir Peter Wall, the Head of the Army. Lt Col Livesey applied for the post after the General Election and was turned down - but the Defence Secretary gave him a job as a second military assistant after converting another role. The minister first began pushing to have his candidate appointed shortly after he took office following the General Election, The Times reported.
  2. Yes the Heart song, Sophie needs to show what she can do and her voice is very versatile. I hope she is a dark horse who keeps getting better each week.
  3. Johnny will be in drag for sure, Nu-vibe will be heading home. No Jessie J for Misha she needs a ballad to win over older voters something like At Last or Through the Fire. Sophie hopefully will get a big ballad too like Alone.

That day has been and gone, the day LMFAO got there first UK No 1. I would laugh though if Matt charts lower than Joe.

This is the type of song I should like but it is truly awful. It goes nowhere, the chorus, verses and performances are all weak. Tulisa seems to be trying hard to save it but it is just the wrong song. I cannot imagine a live version.

It is funny Matt flopping because he has been pitched, promoted and sold as the anti X-factor act, the 'real' artist that was breaking barriers and a cut above other winners. He will be joining Steve Brookstien in a new supergroup Flop & Floppier this time next year.

That is why Matt will fall flat on his face it is pretentious and ridiculous to try and shake off the X-factor tag now he has entered the show, won and now needs the show to give his career any momentum. If he were a real artist who was writing songs and gigging in a band he should have stayed doing that. Instead he made a choice to enter a reality contest. Both Leona and Alex were writing songs and gigging before X-factor, they are in no way lesser artists than Matt. Of course he went on X-factor to make a living in music and to sell his music or he would have stayed in Seven Summers.

Matt down to 5 big climb for GCH but cant see them moving up further.

Syco should know by now that the lead single needs to be a smash to grab attention and build momentum. Run for your life was not that single, Gary Barlow tie in or not it is underwhelming. Matt is a good singer but it does not showcase what he can do. I hope the nest single is better as he has alot of potential.
  10. If Matt Cradle does badly a girl will be steered to win they are the only ones that have a chance of success it seems. Really like the Risk expect them to make it far.

Labrinth is a Syco act I think he has every chance of performing on X-factor, they have played Let the Sun Shine every week. There are acts this year that are really good R&B/rap acts so why not. I hope GCH get to No 1 but I doubt anyone will shift Riri. I hope Matt at least does better than Ambitions.
  12. Agree this is a joke that someone who could make a great pop star with a bright future is gone yet Johnny, mad Kitty and Frankie are still there. Kelly had a hard choice but Amelia has more potential than Sophie it is a shame that her performance was the weakest of the girls yesterday.

Not Katy Perry again has she actually learnt to sing live yet. I feel for Matt he seemed a little down during his performance but Will Young did really well on Strictly.

Keep climbing Gym Class Heroes what is taking them so long, Travie McCoy is looking really unwell these days. I think Matt will stall outside the Top 10 and will need X-factor to push him Top 5.
  15. Wise words. I think that was the worst first Live show I have seen. The standard is really dropping other than Sophie, Misha, Craig and The Risk the other acts were just middling or terrible. Kitty was actually good but seemed sedated, Janet was dull as always, I hope Marcus stays but his voice was not suited to MLJ-Kelly will be damned whomever she cuts. 01. Misha B 02. Sophie Habibis 03. Craig Colton 04. The Risk 05. Sami 06. Marcus Collins 07. Rhythmix 08. Amelia Lily 09. Kitty 10. Janet 11. Nu Vibe 12. Johnny 13. 2 Shoes 14. Frankie Cocozza 15. James Michael 16. Jonjo

Funny but true, I think Matt will need to get to No 1 off his own steam ahead of his X-factor performance the way he goes on about distancing himself from the show. If he does not manage No 1 Syco have no one to blame but themselves he needed a stronger song and has some better album tracks.
  17. Janet is like watching Ginger paint dry just dull and bland, Vickers had more life.
  18. Kitty has upped her meds and seems normal and sane tonight-good vocal
  19. This is painful not a good choice for him his voice sounds weak.
  20. Liked The Risk did not think that would work but they could do well. 2nd best of the night.
  21. Misha B and LoveMarcus are trending Worldwide, shocked Marcus was good but not great it must be JxRk
  22. I see bloody Louis wants her gone-what a w****r, this song does not suit her she is too old for it.
  23. No we dont he is at home with a voodoo Misha doll and invoking spirits to take away her voice
  24. You have now cursed him with that comment he is terrible and singing in the wrong key. So disappointed
  25. Stop singing please this is awful bring Misha back.
