There are no words for what she saw in him,he talks about her with no respect and clearly never loved her. It is such a sad programme.

I hope it is now quiet and safe and the JLS loon is sleeping with her teddies. I knew Cher would not stay at No1 but surprised JLS are having such staying power.I would not even mind if they are No 1 next week. There is a horrible Amy Whinehouse programme on Channel5 that Blake should be in prison-what a bast*rd.

I think 150k in total and about 70k this week

What happened to the person who was doing exact percentages of how far everyone was behind the No 1.The Wanted also seem to be climbing up closer to No 2.
  6. Have to disagree the arrival of Britney introduced so many copycat identikit singers Christina, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson. Some of her songs are amoungst the best and most recognised pop songs ever Hit me One More Time, Oops I did it Again,Toxic. Her video images from the school girl look, leather catsuit snake accessory are iconic. She certainly does not have the best voice but she has had a 10 year career of many important pop moments. Glad Gaga is not No 1, her image is everything this era with too many mediocre songs.

Really not sure why you thought a song like that would do so well,I am sure you were convinced it would do 150k this week :P

Maybe Cher has a big lead on Amazon, Play and physical sales.I hope Wretch 32 goes to No 1, Dont Go is his best song so far.
  10. Keith Olberman is telling it like it is in the most basic and brutally honest manner.Obama and the Democrats are pussyfooting around the issue of the Republicans surge to the extreme right. The Tea party continue to rewrite history to suit there agenda and continue to keep lying to the public and the Democrats never call them out about it.It will be a long and bitter Presidential campaign next year and I hope Obama develops some steel they will be throwing everything at him.Keeping his head above the discourse will not work.I think Americans want to see him take charge and show some backbone.I want to hope that he is currently down but not out. This article sums it up: Progressives took a great deal of ground during the first two years of the Obama Administration. Then the empire struck back and we have been defending that turf ever since. We cannot be deflected from preparing the most robust counter offensive in the history of American politics next November. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-cream...o_b_915918.html

Playa Boy is just Cher rapping over Neneh Cherrys Buffolo Stance, I thought she said she would be bringing something new, its not very good.
  12. The Left wing of every strand needs to accept that globally we are on the backfoot and are being shouted out, drowned out and floored by Right wing politicians and propaganda.Either we unite and become organised or from Europe to North America the Right will continue to advance. We are too timid and maybe too scared but with the knocks the Evil Empire of fascist Rupert Murdoch and Fox news is taking, now is the time to get our house in order.Obama as someone says needs to pick a side, the centre is lonely and cowardly and will lead to loosing in 2012.The Left underestimates the Tea Party because we regard them as idiots but the puppet masters pulling the strings are far better organised than any left wing organisation out there.
  13. It Girl is so much better than Dont wanna go Home, its actually the first song of his that I like and will probably download.Deserves to do really well.

Louder is the best song in the Top 10 the mind boggles.Rizzle Kicks and JLS should be up 1 by tonight.I thought The Throne would have a daily single release until Monday.
  15. There is no denying the fact that Obama is too centrist and has tried and failed to play the appeaser bringing both sides together.I think that Obama is rather in denial about how hated he is by the Tea party factions and the American right. He seems to have blinkers on that he has stirred up so much hate and that there is a racist faction that despise him.He has always been a moderate not a hard left wing activist, but I think his anger was obvious yesterday at the outcome of the Debt ceiling.I think he will take on those who are trying there hardest to bring him down and I am keeping the faith with Obama. What is the alternative Right wing, racist, southern bumpkin hicks who only watch Fox News-Bachman, Palin, Romney, Gingrinch. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/02/o...s_n_916285.html
  16. Very hard hitting and truthful look at the Tea party and Debt Ceiling from Salon.com Today's Tea Party movement is merely the latest of a series of attacks on American democracy by the white Southern minority, which for more than two centuries has not hesitated to paralyze, sabotage or, in the case of the Civil War, destroy American democracy in order to get their way. The Republican Party's attempted government shutdown of 1995 marked the new domination of the Republican Party by Southerners like Newt Gingrich, Dick Armey and Tom DeLay. The impeachment of their fellow Southerner Bill Clinton was an attempted coup d'état by the Southern white minority in the United States, which, as in 1860, was frustrated because its candidate lost the presidential election. The debt ceiling crisis is the latest case in which the radical right in the South has held America hostage until its demands are met. Presidents Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln refused to appease the Southern fanatics. Unfortunately, President Obama and the Democrats in Congress chose not to follow their example and instead gave in. In doing so, they have encouraged the neo-Confederate minority in Congress to find yet another opportunity in the near future to extort concessions from America's majority by sabotaging America's government. http://www.salon.com/news/politics/war_roo...lind_tea_party/

Nero is doing well in the pre-order charts it will certainly go Top 10 maybe No 1.I want one of the Jay-Z/Kanye tracks to be No 1 next week.JLS, The Wanted and Rizzle are all climbing so hopefully Cher will not stay No 1.
  18. I agree what else could Obama have done, it is both simplistic and ridiculous to think that Obama could have held out until the bitter end.If he had waited to impose the 14th amendment the Republicans and Tea party would have had him in court or impeached him.The Left have nothing that is the equivalent of the Tea Party they are happy to bitch now but where were their voices when this rubbish was going on-mostly silent. The rich backers of the Tea Party are not stupid they are using poor, foolish and badly educated people to do there dirty work and theyare too dumb to see it.How can a poor person work so hard to get a rich person to pay less tax and still use tax loopholes. We know what the end game of the Tea party is to destroy Obama and the Left need to grow up and meet them head on but they have not been forceful enough either.Fox, the Druge report, Politico and the Tea party work 24/7 against Obama what is the left doing to fight back. Obama has tried to run a bipartisan government which he needs to do to get laws and bills passed. His wrong doing is to not want to get his hands dirty and fight fire with fire.He has had an eye opener but I think he will change his policies now and have no choice but to get further left.I think he will get re-elected because the Republicans have no one who is better and the Tea party has taken them too far to the right. If you watched Obamas speech yesterday he was clearly not happy and stressed he will not let up on tax cuts, trying to stop tax loopholes and to try and stimulate the economy.

Not surprised at this I thought though that they would start catching up around tomorrow evening but this is still good news. Tinnie and Wiz Till I'm Gone up to 15, I really like this song and was hoping it had a chance at No 1.

Rizzle Kicks seem to be getting solid radio support they are good on Ollys new song. They will probably climb to around 7.Not surprised that the No 1 seems to have stalled just waiting for it to start dropping and hopefully we will get a string of No 1s that spend more than 1 week at the top.

If you are going to hold onto that view that Ke$ha is a rapper no wonder you think that Cher is a rapper.Your standards for rap are very low, many acts speak rhythmically over a beat and it does not make it rapping.

To not like a song is not being close minded it is called being honest.Cher is not a rapper just as Ke$ha is not a rapper, talking fast and rapping are two different things. The best rapper on X-factor remains Graziella, you cannot know much about Rap if you consider Cher a rapper. The issue is why Syco have such poor A&R, with Labrinth on there books I am sure they could have found a really good, song that showcased her voice better.
