In all fairness JLS do have talent and were actually rather good on X-factor but as SIX stated they have followed the boyband trend of quantity over quality.I hope they can cling onto No 1 though.

This is too true the way the X-factor judges talked about her you would think she was the UK version of Nicki but she is not even Lady Sovereign standard, it is all hype over substance.I hope she starts dropping by mid week the song is dire.

Nicole is way too high and her album is mediocre at best.Kelly has totally gone in the right direction with Here I Am and sounds amazing.It would have been good to have more ballads but the songs are really strong.I really like Nicky Minaj but after 1 album she is far too high and has not really done anything groundbreaking.Christina should have been Top 10 but her last era was a disaster but I hope she can comeback with something strong. Beyonce for No 1.

Its such a shame but I think she wont, radio has ignored what is actually a good radio friendly song and I have not seen the video on any music channels.Her label need to arrange a radio tour for her as she has such a big personality she could win people over.

The trouble the Republicans have got themselves into is that they are too beholden to a loony fringe and the rotten Tea Party.The rank and file of the Tea party are basically your poorly educated, Fox news watching, extremist folk who do not know much about politics and are easily lead.The Tea Party leadership though are all rich, white, male businessmen and they have found an easy way to push there own interests through the Tea Party and the Republicans are now in a mess because of them In terms of Obama he never was a die hard leftie and has always been a social conservative.I think he has tried to rule as a bipartisan President taking all opinions into consideration and he seems too willing to take Republican views on board.Sadly he is giving them to much leeway and too much consideration yet they hate him and will never change and he needs to get back on track pushing Democratic principles.The key voting block will be the Independant voters and the chances are he will hold onto their vote because the extremism, homophobia, racism and sheer foolishness of the Republicans will turn them off just as Sarah Palin sent them fleeing in 2008.

I am very surprised at the Jessie J hate, she writes her own songs , can actually sing very well and has had a good crack at America.That usually goes down well on BJ, her album was clearly pushed out too early but I am sure album 2 will be much better.

True and not true as most people seem to be mixing up popular with influential-Cheryl Cole may be popular but she has influenced zero artists or other acts. Michael Jackson easily remains a huge influence on RnB and pop acts because there would be no Chris Brown, Usher, Trey Songz, Beyonce who all have mentioned him as being there greatest pop role model and the one who has influenced them the most. Equally the same for Madonna she may not have set the charts alight but there is no female singer of the younger generation from Gaga, Britney, Kesha who has not been influenced by her. I would also add the women who in the nineties broke the mould for female singers and was doing what Adele, Amy, Jill Scott, Marsha Ambrosious went on to do and that was Lauryn Hill.The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill had a huge influence on upcoming female singers in many genres and set a very high standard. I think there are not as many groundbreaking, influential acts around at the moment but Michael Jackson, Madonna, Lauryn Hill all stand out.

This is fair both Alex and Jessie are too new to be higher.I think Jessie is really good but her first album was rush released she is far better than much of its content.Alex better bring it for album 2 which is still out this year and Rico Love better have more influence than Autume Rowe.

Mariah only at 27 she is like Whitney and should have been Top 10.I like vocal acrobatics and the more versatile the voice the better.It beats those miming no singing tramps that litter the current charts.

I suppose it always happens that the new acts take priority but Cher and 1Direction are so poor compared to Alex and Leona it shows how far the show has sunk and how rubbish Syco are as a label. I suppose next year has fewer big releases and she needs to start standing on her own two feet not depending on the X-factor to sell.

It is an odd decision I wonder if we will get any confirmation from Alex.I suppose it will mean two songs before the release but I wonder if she will get an X-factor performance slot this year.I thought she had cut ties with SYCO clearly not.
