Surprised this is getting bad/moderate reviews, but if you look at the target audience of those papers that have reviewed it, their hardly The Sats target audience.

Apart from Greg James we have no official confirmation - the girls said on Digital Spy about 2 days ago that Faster is not "necessarily the next single", and that they're waiting for fan response and feedback to help them decide. I hope it is the next single though.

I hope Faster is the next single! :dance: The thing is they shouldn't have to dodge the busy release weeks. They've been going for 4yrs, but aren't established enough to release on busier weeks? It just doesn't make sense. They can release it whenever they like as long as there is support from radio and TV.

It was never going to do extremely well when they released singles like 'All Fired Up'. Dance does not sell albums. 'My Heart Takes Over' was meant to turn it around, being the "album selling single" but it's yet another change in sound compared to the previous two. They can't keep hopping between sounds. That's their problem. Too many changes in sound and image. I agree with progression, but there's a difference between progression and changing sound. Some of you need to chill out though, wait until tomorrow at least! :lol:

No confirmation. It's not drink or drug related (confirmed), nor is it for cosmetic surgery (confirmed). Depression / exhaustion is likely.

They have the opportunity to climb next week if it charts out of the Top 15 this week I think. They'll benefit more from this weekends promo, next week, and they'll also be cherry picking from the album.

The performance on Lose Women was vocally fantastic. They all looked a bit bored, but I'll put that down to concentration :lol:

I can't see Una promoting anywhere over-seas with child :lol: It would give The Sats something to do though whilst she's out of it for a bit though.. the thought probably wont even cross their minds, but hey!

They changed their plans when they started doing more work on their 4th LP. They wanted to have the time to go over to each country and promote, not just shove it on iTunes and hope for the best. They've also said that they want to release something new at the same time everywhere else. Higher was about 6 months old for us at that point and they didn't see the point in releasing older material.

^^ Of course! It's been so difficult to mix and master it which is why it's taken so long! It should hopefully be out next week :)

My Heart Takes Over now has a 9% gap ( 1%) to The Top 10, and that's counting that they've droped a few places since this morning. Not bad!

If you look at the pop bars though they're 10% behind #10 and have been since Monday. They maybe at #17 but at least that shows it's not tanking. Calm down people! :)

At the end of the day, I dont think their going to be overly bothered if they don't sell out most venues. As long as there is a significant increase in ticket sakes compared to the theatre, they'll be happy.

Gaga has over-taken them, it's not like The Sats are selling any less than they where yesterday, hopefully. And if there's a ray of light in this.. It's still A List on Radio 1!

Where is their source? There isn't one. She's been "part time" for nearly 2 months now, it seems weird timing to 'anounce' this now to the press. We've already cottened on! :lol: I guess it's just probabbly a bit of publicity, I mean they even posted about the video remix for My Heart Takes Over.. :mellow:

It's not ineligible. It will chart in the compilation chart rather than the UK Albums Chart.
