  1. I've just thought, is the actual All Fired Up: Remix EP even available for pre-order on iTunes (in the UK) yet?
  2. Their team can only pick what's left though. It's not like they see "ahh there's a slot on Red or Black we'll book it!" because normally on these 'big' shows artists are invited, it's not necesarily first come first serve. With Missing You they were lucky. A week or two after and the shows they performed on (Alan Titchmarsh, Alan Carr etc) finish their series come the end of Summer. The start of this quater and the end of the Summer is always a difficult time for TV promo as there isn't much available. Shows have just ended, and new ones are starting or coming back for a new series.
  3. I'm sorry but one minute you're like "The Sats have never had a #1, they deserve it more, they work sooo hard and do promotion all the time" etc etc and now you're like "Pixie Lott deserves it" !
  4. Those vocals they pre-recorded are awful :puke2: It dosen't even sound like Frankie and Una when they do their parts!
  5. So what if shes promoting on black and red? Millions of viewers does not always = sales. If it was going to be big then radios would have jumped on board weeks ago, and it was only last week when they started playing it. I think the "10m viewers" you said the show will get in the chart thread earlier is a bit drastic.

Or maybe they're not doing as well because they're previous efforts have been a lot better? ;)
  7. According to ukairplaychart.com it's climbed 9-10 places this week from last weeks apparent #66. It's not official but it's something to go by at least. I mean it has All Fired Up at #10 on their TV Airplay chart yet it's #8 this week anyway.

  9. Airplay: #57 (According to ukairplaychart.com) TV Airplay: #8 (Official) :yahoo:
  10. I kept reading on boards that "Ed or Example will be #1 and they'll be stiff competition to beat the week after" and I heard the tracks this morning and they're so average, I don't get the love for them at all. I never commented on any of it because at the end of the day you can't disagree on someones opinion like where something will chart. It just makes me laugh how they're not really even close to #1, both of them, haha. It could be an interesting week next week for The Sats.. The Space Cowboy mix is brilliant! I love it when it jumps into Rochelles "we make the party, super naughty" part.

TBH I never thought either of these new releases (Ed and Example) would be #1. Both very average tracks IMO.
  12. ^^ I know comparemyradio.com isn't that accurate, but it can give us a decent enough indication. Like ukairplaychart.com
  13. Why has Radio 1 only played this 17 times since it being playlisted 2-3wks ago? (according to comparemyradio.com - http://comparemyradio.com/tracks/The_Saturdays/All_Fired_Up) It feels like what is the point in playlisting them if you're only going to play them 17 times? Compare it to the overal plays on the Capital FM stations.. which is about 700/850 plays overal comparemyradio.com has logged.
  14. 01. Had It With Today  02. Flashback 03. Not That Kinda Girl 04. Ladykiller 05. Unofficial 06. Golden Rules 07. Crashing Down 08. Ready To Rise 09. Beggin' 10. I Can't Wait 11. What Am I Gonna Do?
  15. According to The Alias on Twitter they co-produced (as well as co-wrote) Ladykiller. However, most writers are credited for producing too if they came up with the melodies and the tracks structure because then the producer has to use that in the final product. I don't believe that they litrally sat behind the desk with him and chose what beats to use etc. Could be wrong though.. Brilliant news! :)
  16. "dirty bit*h, dutty dutty bit*h..... dirty f***ing sl*g" oh Rochelle

  19. I think we should pester the OCC on Twitter to give us some up-to-date figures like they did with the whole back-catalogue for Girls Aloud a few months ago. :)

  21. Hate to post this, but it's actually quite funny.. qUc0adiJouM At around 1.54 it's what looks like Ness flicking Roch's hand off her shoulder haha. It actually made me laugh.. (not meaing to add 'fuel' to the 'fire' about in-band fighting btw)
  22. I'd love them to do Keep Her again! It still suprises me to this day that they televised a performance of that at T in The Park last June! They can let go of Just Can't Get Enough. Or if they do a medley they can put that in it somewhere. They need to bin that track now, it's time.
  23. I'm a bit torn with this because I've been to both tours but I'm not sure I'll be going to this tour. I was sold on going to the Headlines tour because the Work tour was brilliant. But the Headlines tour just fell a bit flat for me with the lack of movement and lazy dance routines; Vocals were much better and consitant but without Vanessas strong vocal presence, the tracks just sounded a bit flat and felt like they needed some adlibbing going on. With the weather being so un-predictable around December time (see December last year!) I'd hate to pay to go and then not be able to go because of heavy snow. The thought of a much bigger production is the only pro about thinking of going because they utilised the stage very well for the Headlines tour so I'm eager to see what they can do in an arena. The only thing that's putting me off is their lack of interaction with the crowd because it feels so forced, timed, scripted, and cringe-worthy at times (see Vanessas "COME ON GUYS, WOO" in All Fired Up at V Fest. She was so embaressed she put her head down afterwards!), watching some lazy dance routine (although they are better at dancing in-time with each other now) and I'm worried about Vanesses voice, will she still have it by December for example?! I really would like to go though.
  24. I hope it's in the mid-tempo ballad area. They haven't released a proper balad since Issues; Missing You being a bit of a hybrid with it's trance elements. They need something solid to launch the album off. Notorious and All Fired Up are not the sort of tracks that will sell an album. They need something a bit more 'them' and 'normal' souding as apposed to their new dance/experimental structure material (no matter how good it is!)
  25. I think it has done? I know it's been a long time since we had an update for Forever Is Over but I haven't seen it crop up on the iTunes Top 1000 like Higher and Missing You do so I imagine it's probabbly around 150-155k
