Jedward are vile

All artists are influenced by someone else, but she uses this influence to create her own style. Arguing that the X Factor winners are more original than Lady Gaga is just plain wrong.

It hasn't been shown in the UK yet so I doubt anyone knows about it.

It will end sometime soon people are just beginning to get really sick of it. What particularly bothered me this year was the constant coverage of Jedward. On the news more specifically, how exactly is Jedward a news item. Then the media building them up to be popular when infact it was revealed yesterday that they never once received more than 10% of the vote in any show. The show is a complete fix also. I have heard from various sources who know someone that went to one of the judges houses and were specifically told 'A woman is not going to win this year it is all about the men, come back next year'. We don't pick the winner, the winner is selected beforehand and the judges drive that selection to the public with their comments, and the public are stupid enough to fall for it. Joe was a no mark until week 7, Simon begins to give him praise and he then wins every vote. As much as everyone slags off Americans at least they are not as stupid as us when it comes to this. Simon has no control over the American media and they pick their own winner. A single is then released and it never performs well, they have to prove themselves on the album, it should be like that here.

Haha you are going to lose this debate on every level. Saying Lady Gaga is not original is a pretty daft comment. 'Reaching for another mountain' 'I'm here to win your heart and soul' SO ORIGINAL.

I'm pretty sure Westlife had recorded it at some point. One original out of six years it is hardly something to shout about.

Please at least it would have been something original than 5 years in a row of tripe.

They have raised alot for the Shelter charity so far and RATM are going to donate all their profits from the song to the charity aswell. Of course Sony won't do the same.

Wow you people predicting 600-700k are WAY off the mark. He is not even that far ahead on iTunes against RATM and I can't see them doing more than 100k. The physical sales for the X Factor single were crap so this may not be much different. Oh and Woolies isn't closing this year so I don't know where these extra sales are going to come from. *Runs off to buy Poker Face again so it will still be YTD number one*

I have just woke up in the thought that the British public would finally see sense and would have not bought that f***ing awful Joe 'Jaws' McElderry song but I guess I was wrong. Hopefully RATM will begin to plummet now it has no hope of number 1 and not ruin the Christmas chart any further. A Lady Gaga Christmas number one would have been amazing instead we get a f***ing awful Disney cover.

I think Cheryl and Alexandra were number one at this point but they won't have had the physical sales.

Thanks for the tip.

The whole campaign just seems pointless in the end when it doesn't get to number one. If it is miles behind in the midweeks it will plummet.

What feed are people using that is saying he is 15?

Did Cheryl and Alexandra reach number one faster then? I seem to remember Alex was number 5 at half past twelve.

I think he will have an album out for Mothers day. Teenagers won't be interested in him to wait until October.

Don't buy it. Just listen to it on you tube for a few days then you will be over it.

Think it is the fact it was the first and is so easy to use. It will change in time.

It still baffles me that Cowell thinks it is an unknown song.

I honestly don't get how the biggest downloading site in the world can be broken for over 12 hours and not be fixed. This is like the checkouts in tescos not working for 12 hours and no one doing anything about it haha.

Superb?

Max Clifford was on the radio today and about an hour later Itunes froze and the RATM FB group went missing. Many believe that it is something to do with them that Itunes has frozen. I don't see why it would be frozen for this long.

It has froze for over twelve hours. Which doesn't help with the Simon paid Apple conspiracy.

She has never even heard a Jay Z song so she is probably oblivious to this.
