As a huge Kylie fan - when her 97 single 'Some Kind Of Bliss', the lead from the IP era became her first single to chart outside the top20, that was a big flop. I still love it though.

And weirdly, Tension 2 is far superior to Tension 1 imo. Intrigued as to how it sells, as it feels like am awkward sequel whereas it's a genuinely great new album in its own right.

The group are featured prominently in the current No1 Netflix Series about the Menendez brothers.

Is that considered good? I've no idea tbh.

Very intrigued as to whether this will do anything. There's a chance it will fizzle out and disappear but imo it's one of Kylie's best songs in years, and has real potential to be another breakout hit.

Pleased the reviews are among the best of her career, Tension is an outstanding album. I think 63k first week.

She may well have signed cds / Vinyls up her sleeve, plus hopefully a double vinyl containing the bonus tracks as we are missing that so far. If it looks like it is close then I'm sure her label know what to do.

The silver double lp of 'Finally Enough Love' by Madonna is only £16 on Amazon. Ellie Gouldings latest album 'Higher Than Heaven' on vinyl is also only £14.50 on Amazon.

I don't know why Shake It Off has such a bad reputation among her fanbase - I think it's one of the best pop songs in the last 10 years, and I'm definitely not a Taylor fan.

The Busted Vinyls are £15.99 and CDs only £4.99 plus free delivery on Amazon Prime. Great pricing which should ensure a few more casual purchases.

Kylie did 54k first week with Disco. I've a feeling that Tension will actually do slightly more, although nowhere near 100k, perhaps 60k.

I wonder why Here At Last 'Tongue' is listed as being released this week, when it was actually released exactly 2 years ago today.

For some acts, it could mean their only shot at getting a top40 hit. For example, Kylie will be releasing a new single in the next few months and, regardless of quality, she is unlikely to hit top40 based on streams only. I hope her label go all out - give us cd1, cd2, 7", 12", cassette - she has enough fans who will snap them up and give her a week top40. Of course, it's all a bit pointless BUT it looks good for her discography.

Hope Kylie can make the top40 this week with the first ever release of 'Impossible Princess' on Vinyl.

I'm not a fan of Adele, and I don't particularly like the song but it's essentially everything her fans would wish for with a new Adele song, as far as I can hear, so I'm sure it will be absolutely massive. 10 million YouTube views in 6 hours is insane!
