Season over. :(

James Blake - James Blake
If anyone has a chance to see him live I recommend it. I did last week in Dublin and it was quite fantaschtique

Who would win Prem League?
Van Persie injured playing for Netherlands AGAIN, so Man Utd.

What comebacks would you like to see?
I think the album sold over 500,000 first week in US? It definitely got to #1. Admittedly its bombed over here, Radio 1 just seem to have lost all interest in him following the Taylor Swift episode. Sad really, All of the Lights and Runaway could have been huge. I don't think he'll ever be as commercially successful here as he was during Late Reg / Graduation, but his US fanbase should keep him going nicely. As for Gwen, she needs to stop getting preggers :(

Björk's new album Biophilia
I'm really looking forward to this, and I agree Volta is her weakest album to date. Medulla is probably a more difficult listen, but its a much more interesting concept and at least doesn't come across as borderline lazy. I still doubt she'll ever top Homogenic though, its simple stunning

The Strokes - Angles [4th Album]
Its actually surprising good. Hardly groundbreaking, but not the disaster I was expecting. Macchu Picchu is a highlight, but overall its very meh.

Sunday Chart Predictions
I assume the Kanye track is All Of The Lights? WHY has Radio not been playing the singles from this album? :(

Buzzjack Album Club
I'm definitely interested in this.

UNKNOWN PLEASURES V
Bah, I was away all week with Uni stuff etc, missed this :(. Oh well, next time will have to do!

Just found some lists from the CHC Alternative Forum
How long ago was this? My list would be massively different now... Kasabian, MSP etc wouldn't get a look-in now. Funeral only #26!? Disgraceful performance.

Fleet Foxes 'Helplessness Blues' [2nd Album - May 3rd]
I was the exact same with the first album, really didn't get it when it was first out. Looking forward to this massively!

UNKNOWN PLEASURES V
When is the closing date? I'm struggling to think of a good one.

This was a fantastic result, though wish we had captialised more yesterday! Big if, but if Arsenal can win all their league games, they're champions (big if I know, and same for United). 1 May could well decide the title. Poor Swansea slipped up yesterday too, but at least so did Cardiff / Norwich / Forest. Championship is much more exciting than the PL once again.

UNKNOWN PLEASURES V
I'll have to have a good long think for this, I have a few ideas in mind, but none are particularly strong :(

Chris Brown - "Yeah 3x"
Agree completely. I've don't understand his success, he's no different from the 3109450245894258429524 R&B clones out there. Only "I Can Transform Ya" is tolerable, and that's 'cause of Lil' Wayne.

The Strokes - Angles [4th Album]
Single isn't bad, but isn't quite good either. Underwhelming.
-
James Blake - James Blake
It's got better with every listen, and now I can't stop playing it. "I Never Learnt To Share" and "To Care (Like You)" are just incredible. Looks like it might even sneak a week in the top 10, which would be amazing.

Magnificent result for Wolves, I'm actually surprised they're so low in the table, they've played much better this season than their position suggests, as exemplified today. Although its fantastic to see United's somewhat fortuitous unbeaten run finally end, its still a massive 2 points dropped by the Arse :(

NO IT IS NOT.

Neutral Milk Hotel
I've always been meaning to get this album too, but never actually got round to it. Think I may finally get it, given all the praise it's got here.

The Strokes - Angles [4th Album]
Not even Reptilia Tony? It's by far their best for me, and one of two good songs on the dire second album.

Jan 2011 transfers/rumours
Bent's move is genuinely hard to fathom, although I've been saying to my brother for a while he hasn't looked as comfortable as last season. Maybe Gyan's arrival unsettled him a bit. Villa have got a proven goalscorer who Spurs were mad to let go of Only Drogba and Rooney have scored more since 2005 - with 82 to Bent's 81. And given the calibre of club Bent has been playing for compared to the other two, that's all the more impressive. So WELL DONE HOULLIER. His signing of Makoun has gone somewhat under the radar because of this, but I think he'll prove to be a shrewd move too. Arsenal need another CB and we've been linked with anyone who can stick a leg out and win the ball. Samba and Cahill seem the likely targets, though Mexes is being mentioned once again. And apparently we're in a bidding war with United for Sergio Ramos, which seems a bit ridiculous, Madrid will never let him leave!

The Strokes - Angles [4th Album]
I think "You Only Live Once" was dreadful, and reminded me too much of "In Too Deep" by Sum 41 (boke). Juicebox was fantastic though. Look forward to this, they've been more miss than hit since Is This It? so I'm hoping they can be a bit more solid after such a long absence.

Rare Music That You Own
The only thing I have is the Radiohead "In Rainbows" Collector's Edition, which I just checked on eBay is only going for £22 :(
