  1. Pretty random increase for The Cure but good to see.
  2. All the songs older than two weeks would be doomed!
  3. US Album Chart 187 RE 63 MAYHEM, Lady Gaga (Peak: 1) It's back! I think the streams were allocated unfavourably between this and Requiem last week, hence it dropped out.
  4. US album chart 83 77 470 The Fame, Lady Gaga (peak: 2)

God forbid if RMI goes to SCR again next week or the week after. 😅 All it needs is two days of hot weather.

Let's be real, the only song than can block a Taylor Swift song on week 1 is another Taylor Swift song. We can start discussing whether Olivia can be #1 the week after.
  7. #73 (-3) in the UK mids
  8. Both RMI in the UK and Choosin' Texas in the US having all those "#1 for a week" intruders during their runs and getting the most weeks at #1 throne basically at the same time in the process is pretty interesting. The number of times they have returned at #1 during the same run is on record breaking levels already.
  9. The movie premieres on 9th so if it's music, it'll probably come out on Friday.
  10. Isn't that Apple Music?
  11. Looking forward to this countdown! Agree about the "collab dance gay bop" era, that was horrendous. Hope it's over but I believe when I see a proper lead single from her next album, that better be solo at least (or a Nick Cave duet).
  12. There are plenty of old songs that have gone viral to some extent but never took off on charts (for the second time). I don't know if anyone actually knows what is the recipe of getting a popular viral hit that impacts on charts either locally or broadly.
  13. 31st May 2026 01 201 Kylie and Dannii Minogue 02 142 Spice Girls 03 124 Little Mix 04 62 Ariana Grande 05 44 Lady Gaga Weekly positions in 2026: 02-03-03-06-03-01-02-05-06-05-05-02-03-03-01-02-02-03-03-02-03-05
  14. I think ranking the top ten would be the clearest, but it'll be exciting either way.
  15. Made me laugh a little
  16. I think people overestimate the direct sales and streaming impact of documentaries There was that very popular doc about creating We Are the World (The Greatest Night in Pop) and the song itself gained only a little extra interest.
  17. I think Gaga's transition from music to bigger acting gigs was actually super smooth as both Joanne and ASIB soundtrack were produced by Mark Ronson. The career arch was pretty clear there. Wicked and Ariana's music don't really go together, and while the movies were popular, not sure if they had a positive impact or impact at all how people perceive Ariana as a popstar. The most popular Wicked song Defying Gravity was her 65th most streamed song on Spotify yesterday. She still has a big fanbase but cannot see this Petal era being any bigger than Eternal Sunshine (that album went platinum so it was a success obvs)
  18. I don't think she would highlight the end of this era in that case, but we'll see
  19. I would say Wicked did more harm than good for her pop career but we'll see how it goes.
  20. So her #1 spot will be decided by physical sales.
  21. Kworb says that Gimme Shelter - Live is the 28th most streamed Gaga track daily, but obviously it is not.
  22. Why would she need to have to dedicate a whole era to her haters? Sounds pretty twisted to me. (And welcome to Buzzjack!)
  23. Based on that, 900k seems a bit out of reach. Olivia did 919k with Drop Dead.
  24. Wonderful pick, we stan (we stan also because Dance is the best song released this year)
