I'll take 30th for 'Hootsforce'! Many faves going out in this round, not unexpected, sadly

Yass @ both!

Happy for both here xx

Many great Qs so far, still waiting for some of my big faves though

Yass, no bottom 5 for me! :cheer:

Yay both!

Good ones again, I wonder how many we'll have from outside the top 5

No real shockers so far, but good start!

Exactly the order I wanted. (Great idea btw <3 )

HYYYYPE I'll lose Hootsforce 100% but I hope some of my underdog faves will make the final!

It's pre-party time! Starting at 8! https://plug.dj/buzzjack-listen-throughs

Yep, planning to start at 8:00!

Yay, can't wait to start listening to them! :w00t: YouTube playlist for the video watchers: playlist?list=PLMmI2C2GMzYwzYTfxdJv1KrG_xp1eETYj

THIS, just the other way round! LOVED semi 2, my 15 in semi 1 would've got 2 or 3 points in semi 2. I had to leave out about 5 songs which were in the 'definitely will vote for it' pack. random.org was a bitch again, no surprises here. It was great listening to some of the 2020 faves tho ^_^

I'd love to host the final this time, but I can do it only on Thursday. If Thursday doesn't work for some of you, then Bré (or someone else) is free to do the final listenthrough on another day, not a problem (I can join today or on Tuesday but can't stay till the end).

After spending THE WHOLE DAY calculating the winner of Task 1, I'm proud to present the results: 2. Rich with 'around half' :cheer: aaaand 1. Bré with 8! Good job both!!  Added Task 2 in the second post, this one's about the 20 lucky nations who were/are part of the final in BJSC CVI and CXXXI!

Finally ready with my Semi 1 votes, starting Semi 2 :music:

Hahaha, let's wait until the final results, that's what I messed up last time :magic:

I'm listening to some of the entries and I'm getting more and more into 'the author' (atm I'd give Niceland 6 points instead of 1... which would've been enough to Q :( ) Give it another go, what a beauty! xb86YEj6Tdk

Welcome to the main event of the month, the very first BJSC Final of 2021! 40 lucky nations joined Land of DW and Scherzland to battle for the crown. Only one can come out on top - but who will that be? :o Before you dive into the sea of gems provided by our finalists, let's check out our lovely rules:  Rules  1. You must vote for your top 15 using the 18 points system (18/ 15/ 13/ 12/ 11/ 10/ 09/ 08/ 07/ 06/ 05/ 04/ 03/ 02/ 01/) /still no voting for yourself :nono: /. 2. You must vote in the final, even if you haven't qualified. 2. The deadline is 22nd January 23:59 GMT - I will accept late votes until the next morning, 23rd January 8:00 GMT, however, if you submit your votes after 22nd January 23:59, your entry will receive a 15% deduction. 3. Non-voters will be subject to a 33% deduction from their nation's score + they are banned from participating in next month's BJSC. Let's not do that, your faves need you! 4. Please send your votes to me, FrankLuck And now... We're so close to the end, only 4 countries left! 2 of them lost on a 3-way tie, while the other 2 are through to the finals. Chestoria Cor Lupus Cumulonimbia Republic of Adonia
