the album is a bit noisy in one sitting - there are some great individual tracks - dead friends and 4 ever 4 me.

not at all - you can see how Lady Gaga the artist really became herself from Monster onward - patchy discography or not, you can't argue The Fame is her safest batch of material and stands out in her discography. At much as I love Paper Gangsta, it doesn't feel like a Gaga song.

at the end of the day she's an artist and the material she's released is fantastic there's no denying there's a label issue at hand here - i can't see why Wild Side wasn't pushed more and an album or even a single released soon after. I love Normani's output though minus 'Motivation' which was musical suicide imo

it's so amusing because at the time, it sounded like a bunch of unused demos Gaga had written for other people and now it sounds even more so out-of-line with her shakey discography.
