Lewis Capaldi - Forget Me
What on earth are those pictures about? They are not flattering in any way. He has an amazing voice but the pictures are just awful.

Worst Number One Ever - Heat 3 (1996-2006)
There were loads of dreadful number ones in the 00s and early 10s when xfactor was dominant. Their awful cover version releases every Christmas were absolutely dire.

Artists losing their chart relevance
Kylie, Steps and Sophie-Ellis Bextor no longer have hit singles but Kylie does alright in the albums market!

Have your politics shifted?
I voted leave in Brexit but deeply regret this. I think Brexit was a massive mistake which will cost us dearly. I still despise the Tories but more than ever since the Johnson era. However, I am more disillusioned with the position of the Labour Party presently. They have so much opportunity right now to wipe the floor with the Tories but sadly I fear by the next GE we will remain stuck with the Tories being the biggest party.

New Release Schedule: Friday 16 September
One of the least interesting album release schedules in the run up to Xmas! Only 1 release that interests me on that entire list!

The Tory Liz and deceit thread Mk. II
Well the Tories are planning to remove the cap on bonuses that bankers can earn. Once again, this is another policy which will favour the rich and do nothing to address the widening inequalities in this country.

Sam Ryder - There's Nothing But Space, Man!
I’ve heard the clips of his other tracks on iTunes for the album and this sounds very promising. With the right promotion, he could do well.

Robbie Williams - XXV
slowdown73 posted a post in a topic in Robbie Williams and Take That's Robbie Williams and Take ThatI’m not a regular fan of Robbie apart from the main hits but I do like some of the new versions. No regrets is really good so I’ve bought the double CD. I think this could do quite well. Greatest hits sets have somewhat become redundant over the years but this is so much more than that!

Energy costs set to increase by 54%
Well the EU is looking at clawing back excess profits via a windfall tax from energy companies so this really shows up the UK’s position by failing to put consumers first rather than energy firms.

Ava Max - Million Dollar Baby
It didn’t make the T100 anyway. Anyone know if it made T200?

Lewis Capaldi - Forget Me
Great new track. Will do well.

Should Gaga release a 'Greatest Hits' album?
Gaga has more than enough material to release a greatest hits. It could be spread over 2 CDs.

Tension ● 16th album discussion
It’s interesting that she has finished recording the album already. I suspect we’ll get a new single in January / February time followed by the album maybe around April time. Can’t wait!

Energy costs set to increase by 54%
Once again, the Tories are protecting the energy firms by choosing not to push for a windfall tax and instead borrowing from public funds. £2500 is still a considerable hike on where bills were 12-18 months ago and many on low incomes will inevitably be faced with dire choices this winter.

OneRepublic - Artificial Paradise
No3 in midweeks today. I wonder if this will be a future no1?

Witness is Katy's 2nd best album!
It’s not my 2nd favourite. Chained to the rhythm is a great song and there are some other good tracks but sadly not up there with album 2 or 3.

Ava Max - Million Dollar Baby
I quite like the new song. It’s not as strong as maybe you’re the problem but it’s quite catchy!

Energy costs set to increase by 54%
It was actually mentioned on the BBC news a few nights ago, so I don't have a link sorry. It's probably speculation more than anything at this stage but who would have predicted a year ago we would be facing energy prices of above £5k or £6k per year and that price seems to be increasing all the time so it's certainly not out of this question that it could climb much higher.

Energy costs set to increase by 54%
I've just read one prediction that energy prices could top £10k next year. That is just unthinkable and extremely scary. I am already worried as I'm trying to take on a mortgage to avoid a big increase in my renting costs. Everything is going up and there is just no credible plan from either of the Tory candidates. We are not the only country facing the energy crisis but we have such an incompetent government at present that I have very little confidence that they will do anything that will be effective. A few tax cuts is not going to solve the problem and telling people to use less energy is patronising and shows how out of touch they really are.

Ava Max - Million Dollar Baby
I'm looking forward to hearing this but if maybe you're the problem couldn't crack the T75 then I'm not sure what will. I think she could struggle from here onwards to make an impact.

Dolly Parton - A Holly Dolly Christmas
Are they mad releasing a Christmas song at the end of August?
