Lost without and raining glitter are the two best album tracks for sure but after then it gets more tricky and I’m not sure which track I would choose.

Dance floor darling top 3 is a good choice but I really don’t get the love for miss a thing. I prefer last chance to supernova.

Some interesting choices. I am very surprised Les sex made no1 for kiss me once. Awful song but no2 and no3 are great tracks from that album.

I went to the Manchester show. It was nice to see different songs performed!

His last album is my favourite. I wasn’t keen on the first two albums.

A deluxe edition of the album is out today including run. New tracks are quite good. Shame, it’s only digital deluxe.

Well the energy crisis looks set to spiral. Petrol & diesel are now at record costs and some experts are predicting a further 40% rise in energy price cap later this year which will have a devastating impact on businesses and people on low to average incomes. Yet, the Tories are saying we have just come out of one crisis and they cannot protect most consumers from the rises ahead so basically they aren’t going to do anything to address the situation which is appalling. There are many things they could consider such as a windfall tax, cutting VAT on energy bills and reducing tax on petrol / diesel. This clearly shows they don’t care or have no empathy for the impact this will have on many peoples lives.

I would have a 4th booster jab if there was clinical benefit. The problem is the government have basically said covid is pretty much over by dropping all restrictions and even the daily figures aren’t published in the media as much as before. This kinda sends out a message to people to get on with their lives so people aren’t going to see the necessity of having further jabs. Covid will be around for a long time and case rates will likely remain high unless more preventative measures are put in place as we are still dealing with a highly contagious virus. Omicron might be weaker but I’ve heard reports from people who have still been really unwell despite having jabs and there is a new covid variant called Deltacron on the horizon which is one to watch. Deltacron is when someone is infected with both the delta and omicron variants at the same time but little is known about the variant so far which appears to originate from France.

It’s very sad the situation with Tom. Let’s hope he is ok and has benefited from further treatment.

I wonder when it will be made public about how many MPs got fines for breaching lockdown. Partygate has gone very quiet but I don’t think people have forgotten and many are still angry. Johnston staying could be a blessing in disguise in the longer run and with the cost of living rise set to spiral with little support from the Tories, hopefully they will be out of office at the next election.

The media are reporting that the rise in hospital admissions is mainly in over 55s who would most likely have had their boosters before younger groups. However, the problem in this country is we have a government who has mainly relied on vaccines to control the spread. While we are all keen to return to some form of normality, removing all the restrictions while cases were still relatively high was a flawed error in my view. Covid is likely to be around for a long time but we could learn to live with it more effectively with more preventative measures such as ensuring rooms are well ventilated and not abandoning free testing which is crucial to monitoring cases and any potentially new strains of the virus.

I saw on the news tonight that cases are rising but the most worrying thing is in a few weeks time, the free tests will be scrapped so who will actually know they have got the virus then? The figures will be meaningless. The government keep saying we have to learn to live with the virus but it’s a lot more serious than just flu and their approach is flawed. How many young people end up in hospital with flu each year? There are still a lot of people who haven’t had booster jabs and I’m convinced the whole vaccine approach has been undermined by the partygate scandals.

Quite a few retro games have been released on the switch. Spyro is one and crash bandicoot. I also have bubble bobble and want Pac-Man. The retro games are more simple but still addictive to play.

I’ve listened to both albums recently and light years contains so many great songs.

I liked her first album. Looking forward to more!

It doesn’t surprise me that Putin has singled out the U.K. over sanctions against his country. Relationships between the two countries has been very poor since the Salisbury attack and Liz Truss had about as much warmth as an iceberg at a meeting with Russia last week. I think Putin is playing a dangerous game and looking for someone to blame. The invasion hasn’t gone according to plan and I bet they weren’t expecting the reaction they got from the west. Putin is dangerous, volatile and without effective mediation, this could end really badly.

I don’t listen to the T40 anymore. When I was younger, the charts were exciting and I always tuned in on a Sunday at 4pm. However, since getting older I’ve become less interested as the quality of music isn’t the same and the songs hang around much longer due to streaming, sometimes leaving little movement for weeks on end. I’m not sure what the future of the chart shows will be. It’s success will depend largely on listening numbers I guess but maybe they need to change the format too. Due to less movement in chart positions now, running a full T40 every week isn’t necessary!

The original song from the 80s is great but unfortunately this version just ruins it!
