  1. Ed Sheeran is out before ABBA but I think Abba will sell more the week they release but demand for both will be high.

  3. Madonna used to be queen of pop but not anymore. Her output since confessions hasn’t been great.
  4. I agree with everything you have said but I can’t see Johnson doing anything tbh unless things get really bad and deaths go up significantly more. U.K. currently has one of highest infection rates in Europe and that’s clearly an indication their current approach isn’t working. The vaccines while they offer some protection aren’t 100% effective and there is still a large group of mainly younger people who aren’t fully vaccinated. Booster jabs are definately needed to prevent immunity waning.
  5. I don’t think we should go back to a full lockdown but it’s likely some additional measures will be required as we head into autumn. Face masks, social distancing and testing at large events would help!
  6. Some additional measures are likely to be needed as we head into autumn. Face masks, social distancing and PCR tests for big venues such as theatre, football events etc.
  7. I doubt it will go T40. They haven’t had a single for some time and trends change quickly. I think they’ll struggle to return and streaming will go against them.
  8. 207 deaths today and hospital admissions are continuing to rise. As we head into autumn and schools return, I suspect these figures will continue to rise so at what point do we say something needs to be done!

Deluxe cd is only available on their website!

CD only has 13 tracks. Is there a deluxe on CD?

I’m buying the CD from HMV later!
  12. I am probably the exception but I only but physical CDs. I have never streamed and never will. It doesn’t interest me at all.

Burning bridges sounds like a killer track from the clip!
  14. I still love this album and consider it as possibly my favourite. I like every song on the album. It’s a very cohesive piece of work. It certainly didn’t achieve the same level of success as the first two albums but it’s a stronger album than both!
  15. I wonder if ‘freedom’ will be included? A great track and sad it was never released as a single. Why was it pulled?

It’s out 27th Friday according to iTunes.
  17. I like the first two songs but the latest isn’t so memorable!
  18. Can’t stand Ed Sheeran. I’m glad this is not a proper duet and just backing vocals.

What a stupid comment. I think you’re missing my point entirely. Are you for real?

I’ve no interest in Sheeran. He is completely overrated. His music is very average.
  21. Really? I think she looks false. It’s like she is trying to look a lot younger than she actually is and it just doesn’t look right. Madonna used to be someone who set a lot of positive trends but now she appears to be sending out a message maybe unintentionally that ageing is a bad thing rather than just accepting it and growing older gracefully.
  22. Well looking forward to getting deluxe reissues on CD for all her catalogue.

Sigrid is one of the brightest new breakthrough acts. Her style is unique. Love her music!
  24. I’m interested to hear ‘slightest touch’ but their cover versions really vary in interest for me. Tragedy and something in your eyes were excellent but chain reaction, better the devil you know and dancing with a broken heart weren’t great.
  25. I agree there aren’t really any strong contenders to lead the Labour Party right now but that’s one of the main issues. The popularity of a leader is so important and it can make or break a party. In some ways, I think it’s more important than actual policy. Margaret Thatcher was a strong leader, like her or hate her. Tony Blair too was perceived as being a strong leader who was charismatic. In contrast, Neil Kinnock was weak and why Labour were never elected in the 80s/90s. The tories followed the same trend after the John Mayor government with several weak and incumbent leaders until pompous David Cameron arrived. If you elect a weak leader who lacks direction and passion then it’s just a disaster really. I’ve been a Labour supporter for a long term but I don’t even know what they stand for anymore. There is just no proper vision.
