Sorry, I just don't get the Alicia love. I think she's just as bad as the others and aligning herself with Perez is not helping imo. I actually like both Alexander and Chloe so don't really want either to go, but I suppose Alexander would be the smaller lost to the series but I'm sure it'll be Chloe to leave.
