Just wondered everyone's opinions on Buzz singles. Lately loads of acts have been releasing album tracks in the weeks coming up to their album release. For example, Little Mix released Grown and Hair. Fleur has released More and More as well as Breakfast. Do you think doing this helps sell the album or because they are little promoted is it just the fan base that would have bought the album anyway? Additionally do you not think people will become cynical as all the good songs from an album are released early and you end up just buying the albums filler trackers on album release day? Does having the half the album in advance take away the need to buy it on its release week? One last point - if you release all your best tracks before the album comes out. How do you successfully continue to promote it next year?

Basically they have flopped ....... 2nd from bottom of us tv ratings and their worst selling single ever despite being in a bigger market

Bet it is out of the itunes top 1500 by the end of the day. They cannot even crack the UK,,,,,, still do not get why they are in the states

This sounds like a reject track from on Your Radar, which is being wheeled out to promote a reissue. The song is so bad like a B-side. It is career suicide

I was at the Shepherds Bush gig. It was a really good set by the Sats. I have watched them live in similar circumstances eg after Wordshaker bombed and they did the t4 gig. There was a different atomsphere. In Shep B. When I have seen them before it almost felt like they knew they had to give an epic performance as their careers were depending it. However, on Thursday it was as if there was no pressure on them and they were just enjoying it because they know it will be one of the last times they perform together. Took me at least 2 mins to notice the lack of Vanessa. If she has quit. Good riddance to her. I question her commitment and whether her heart is in it

Hear that? Thats the sounds of a flop. I am proper devestated. I was a huge Sats Fan. I've seen them live 11 times and spend a fortune in the process, but the game is up for them now

Also you can tell who out of the band actually cares .Rochelle, Mollie and Una all started tweeiting about the single last night. Whereas Frankie and Vanessa clearly could not be bothered

This is flopping like a donkeys dick. The Sats are over it pains me to say it. The album will flop next week. They have been around for so long. They have missed their opportunity to be big now

Even if the One Direction record was 3 minutes of silence, it would still of got to no1.

Is the fact it's been in Youtube for at least 14 hours now and it only has 303 views cause for concern?

Firstly, I am not talking about all the band. Some of the band are fab. Particually Una and Rochelle. However, some of there attitudes stink. For example, on the latest flip rather than practicing their latest single they are all mad to dash out the door. Una has just tweeted they have finished writing one song and now they are writing another. Frankie tweeted back saying having to write another song was pain! What sort of attitude is that? Holidays. They jet off on hoilday all the time and they always tend to be on crucial weeks. I know you could say they had no promo planned, but rahter than p***ing off for a week why can't they do cheap promo like Ustreams. Sometimes I just think certain members think they deserve to be in a successful band and don't need to put much effort in. I am I totally out of line or do others agree?

This is the biggest flop EVER. I am so embarrassed for them. I hope they still get to release the album

I'm in India, so only seeing updates every few days.... and every few days it has drtopped another 10 places lol. Bring back Jayne Collins, she would have never allowed this ridiculous on air on sale strategy.

Okay guys reality check time, This was released as on sale as it goes on air, so was never going to chart highly. People got way too excited earlier in the week, it was clearly front loaded as only fans have really heard it. It will probably do an Ego / Higher. Hover around the top 20 for ages. Go low top 10 when the physical comes out, but because it will be around for so longs the sales will be average. Hence avoiding a complete disaster. The only way the Sats can ever get top 5 is to release physical and digital together with Promo build up - eg Missing You and Forever is Over.

Are you serious, it is release week and they have gone on holiday? They did this when Ego came out as well.

This is going to be like Ego all over again. Massive chart run, huge sales, but a dissapointing peak because the sales have been spread out over such a huge time

To be honest. If someone had said to me this time last week it would be in that position with that many sales I would have been chuffed. It is probably their strongest ever first week of sales for a single

Meantime this chart battle is going to go to the wire. Even if The Sats make it to no 1 on itunes I think it will start to free fall Thursday Friday Saturday. Therefore they will only cling onto number one if physicals, sales of remixes and sales of the EP are strong.
