Fleur's semi-final share is low when you consider she was only 4% above Lauren.

But I don't really understand why they were adamant on Andrea being in the final. With Cher I could understand it with the will.i.am booking.

Lauren would've made it to the final had it just been based on the public vote - by 1%!! :o

I really liked her version but she should've been given an alternative winner's single like with Matt and Rebecca in 2010.

If Ben wins I'll just download OneRepublic. Really intrigued to hear what Fleur's take on this will be...

Every year this happens and I still can't fathom it. Surely Syco have numerous songwriters on their books who can create some clichéd "I had a dream the other night" type lyrics and put together a half-decent pop song? And that way Cowell doesn't have to give a cut to Tedder. It's so strange. Just another example of how X Factor Aus is far superior, both What You've Done To Me and Alive were perfect! Interested to hear what Fleur's take will be on Something I Need as Ben's could just be a carbon copy of the original.

It's just an awful choice of single - as was On The Rocks. I find it ludicrous that the label signed off on both. :blink: She has (had) such potential but this is one of the most confusing eras EVER!
