As much as I like this (as I did Elephant) for me she's still missing the mark. Singles like Bad Boys and All Night Long are tracks that could've seen her 'break' the US charts, this new era isn't of the same quality imo. That said, I'm very much looking forward to the new album and would love Let It Go to bring her back to #1, I just hope she's got more to offer...

Here we go again... Cheryl Cole has reportedly decided to drop her surname in her professional life. The singer, whose new single 'Call My Name' will debut later this month, will simply be known as Cheryl when she releases her new material. "Cheryl is beginning a new chapter in her life so she doesn't want to be associated with negative stuff from the past," a source told The Sun. "She's not removing Cole legally, it's just a career statement. She's in a really good place at the moment and wants to take life by the balls. She can't wait to start performing live again and her new stage name has given her comeback an extra bit of spice." Cheryl divorced husband Ashley in 2010 following numerous claims that he had cheated on her, although they were apparently briefly reconciled last summer. The 'Fight For This Love' star had previously decided to keep her marital name following the couple's initial split after being inspired by Tina Turner. For me, Gold Forever is their second best to ATL so I'm glad it's getting released state side. Is it 'US friendly' though? Whatever that means.

I had this on repeat yesterday, love it! It does help that he's lovely on the eyes as well as the ears.

Love it! Had it on repeat this evening, it gets better with every listen. I'd really love to see her have some success. I really liked her on X Factor but completely understood how people didn't.
