Chris Brown does deserve top 40. The song is great. The chart is about music, not the people. Just because he beat Rihanna up badly, a great song by him doesn't deserve top 40? Bull$h!t!

I've been following it on itunes for the past 3 weeks, and it has literally hovered around the 120 mark every single day. Now it's in the top 100 at #69. One of the most popular songs ever, seeing as it's almost 12 years old now.
