The controversy has had no real impact on her commercial performance. Of course, the album she did with the film didn't do so well, but they also cancelled all promotion for it. Still, the two post-album singles had reasonable success in certain regions (Floating Through Space at European radio, and 1+1 was a chart and radio hit in France). Snowman has become a huge Christmas streaming hit (people don't give a sh!t that it's her who is singing it), and same goes for Unstoppable which blew up in 2022-23 and between 900K-1.1M daily streams on Spotify now. Gimme Love has done fairly well yes, it reached number one in French Belgium, and the top 15 in France, it also spent 11 weeks at number one at French radio. I think Dance Alone definitely has European radio hit potential, and hopefully it will translate to chart success. The sad thing is they are both middle-aged women and we know how Spotify, US radio, etc. treat them!

Sia got quite a few NMF covers with Gimme Love, so considering Kylie is on this too I have high hopes (unless there are any other high profile releases?) I wonder if we’re getting a MV too, is that Kylie photo on the cover a one you’ve guys have seen before?

Well Unstoppable (Sia) was a pretty big hit in 2022, it reached the top 30 in the US. But sadly she's not a Hot Hits artist. she's the biggest in France and often makes it onto their main playlist Hits du Moment.

Yep, Sia doesn't usually release on Fridays. And no, she's not put out physical singles in quite a few years (back to Alive which I think had a CD in Germany/Austria/Switzerland...)

I wouldn't be holding out too much hope for Sia to do any promo! She dropped the lead single in September and did one interview and filmed the MV in her living room. she's a bit lazy... but maybe for the collab?!?!
