Very excited for new stuff from Robyn. Her stuff just doesn’t get old and this sounds decent on first listen.

I’m quite looking forward to seeing what he comes up with. Now he’s taken a bit of a break, I actually appreciate some of his songs more than I thought I did.

All four singles have been absolutely spot on this era. All four have been really, really strong. For me: Til I’m Done - 10 Crybaby - 9.5 Warrior - 9 Guilty - 8.5 Commercially, I think it should’ve gone Crybaby > Warrior > Til I’m Done > Guilty. Despite being fab, Guilty just doesn’t have the commercial appeal Warrior does.

I am so very excited. I (for one) LOVED Froot. Electra Heart had some super songs and TFJ was also great.

Very excited for the video. You can tell she really enjoys making them too! The one for ‘Til I’m Done’ was on point (and is now probably one of my favourite tracks she’s put out!) - Warrior is good too. Strong singles this album, and a fairly strong album too.

I’m not feeling this one unfortunately, probably my least favourite single from him. :(

I’ve just got my copy. To be honest, even if it is a bad album, I know I like at least four songs from it!

For me it’s still a solid 7 out of 10 but it’s the one I go back to least.

Palo Santo is very good on first listen. I like how more or less anything Olly Alexander sings is believable. Not sure it’d work as a single, but a great album track with a lot of depth. Singles: Shine > If You’re Over Me > Sanctify > Eyes Shut > Desire > King. If we’re counting ‘Take Shelter’ it would be between Shine and If You’re Over Me.

I don’t think it’s ‘trying to steal Troye Sivan’s thunder’ at all. These songs so far haven’t been very similar to Troye’s first album. The only thing similar is both are currently pop sounding and both Olly and Troye are gay. I can’t really see any other close similarities.

I've found this a bit more of a grower and really like it now! Very upbeat and positive. Can't wait for the album.

It sounds weak on first listen IMO. Definitely a poor man’s ‘Teenage Dream’ and the whole ‘saving it for you’ bit is similar to ‘Froot’ by Marina. His singles/album last time were pretty interesting, but I’ve been underwhelmed so far, this era.

I think that artwork would look better if the RHS part of the face was gone completely and it was just the flowers.

I think ‘Sanctify’ is great, though not very commercial.

Out of the two left I prefer ‘Picking Up...’ but wouldn’t be disappointed if ‘Only Love...’ wins!

It's listenable but Jason Derulo will never be able to top 'Breathing' IMO.

I love this on first listen, but there again I have loved more or less every collab David Guetta and Sia have done together. :wub:
