Re-read it: It's a global release. I know that new singles aren't usually released on a Friday (neither in the US or the UK), but this time they're going global with it because of the Sunday's Superbowl.

Madonna's press release just announced the global release of GMAYL for February 3rd.

Is this based on sales? Their website doesn't clarify. :P

Jedward's new original "BAD BEHAVIOUR" is out July 1st in Ireland (both on iTunes and physical) so I reckon it'll be out in the UK on the 3rd/4th.

As I've said in my previous post, it's perfectly fine not to like a performer or their song(s). Sure, there are performers I dislike too. It's an entirely different thing to hate someone on the basis of sth as trivial as their presence in the music business. Additionally, when I dislike someone I usually try to think as little about them as possible and I try to steer clear from their threads. Not because giving opinions would be bad - I voice my opinion and then I move on. I find it pointless to linger in pessimism and negativity. Voicing one's opinion is what the threads are about and I agree with you on that - but dwelling on sth that one doesn't like is basically sado-masochistic. Also, feel free to check my posts and direct me to any unnecessary bashing and or repeated negativity about other acts, I'm open to discussion. And it's not so much about me being upset - I'm more bewildered, TBH.

Because... the lads have personally offended you in any way or harmed you? Hm... I mean, I can't stand some performers either... Or certain songs of performers I generally don't care about... That doesn't mean that I get into their dedicated threads and trash all over them how much hate I have for the artist/song. What's the point, really? It's not like they did anything to me. Hate just poisons one's soul and makes you a bitter individual.

Love the song, much better than Telephone IMO. A great summer anthem and if she makes a kick-ass video (which she will) she can easily go Top 3.
